It was listed on hotels.com and after booking I was immediately charged and had several confirmation emails sent to me. I was even given a gate code to get into the complex. No email about the for access code. After an hour or so standing with my family on the door step the property manager said, âthis property isnât even managed by us anymoreâ. Spent more than 90 minutes on calls with hotels.com and they were all very nice but had no idea how to issue a refund considering was no contact information for the rental.
