La villa est située sur le domaine Esprit / Fairway Oaks, Davenport, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de Walt Disney World et à 2 minutes des commerces et des restaurants. Un Walmart 24h / 24 est à moins d'un mile de notre domaine - parfait pour les arrivées tard le soir et tÎt le matin.

Notre villa est adossée à un parcours de golf de 9 trous ouvert au public (payant), alors pourquoi ne pas jouer quelques tours pendant que vous en avez l'occasion!

En louant notre villa, vous aurez également accÚs aux courts de tennis et de basket-ball privés du domaine et vous pourrez utiliser la grande piscine commune extérieure sans frais supplémentaires.
En raison de son emplacement, vous pouvez profiter de la tranquillité paisible de votre propre piscine avant de découvrir le monde magique de Disney et des autres parcs à thÚme.

Carol was so kind but it was not possible to get with the management property that a broken window be repaired or to turn up the tempeture in the pool. The trash cans outside were completely full overflowing the containers.

We didnt have internet for 2 days and a half. We need to spent 10 dollars each (per day) on 3rd party internet, because we needed to work and monitor the babies. Old house, old appliances, pool doesnt heat much. Owner doesnt live in US and the person managing the property, doesnt care to help when we needed. In overall, dont recommend this house

Spring Break 2024

We stayed at the property for Spring Break 2024 and had such a great time. We did pay to have the pool heated and it was just like bath water every day. The location of the home was perfect for our Disney days and also easy to access the highways to get out of the Orlando area for other daily activities. My only suggestion would be to have check out details written in a book or something somewhere in the home, I wasn't sure what should be done before we left and felt terrible bugging the owners at the last minute. The home was everything we needed for our week stay in the area. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a home in the Orlando area, whether you're looking for Disney off property or just visiting the Orlando area!!! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts and we'll absolutely look to book this property again in the future.

Relax to the max

This place was great! Exactly as advertised. This place is perfect for people going to Disney. A haven for relaxation after long days at the theme parks. Carol was amazing with timely and accurate communications. I will definitely book the place next time we come to Disney!

the house was fully equipped, nice swimming pool, but the outside sunbeds were dirty the lock of the master bedroom was broken on arrival, you had difficulty opening the door, but after 1 phone call with the management it was quickly repaired

Lovely Family Vacation

We had a lovely family vacation in Florida. The house was a perfect size for our family of 6. The location was very easy to get to Disney and Universal and groceries are a close drive too. The rooms were cosy and the pool was perfect for us. Thank you!

We had a good stay. The house had plenty of space. The pool and lani was great for relaxing. It was a little far with traffic from all the cheer activities at ESPN, but over all was as advertised. Could use some baking sheets for cooking, but had plenty of other kitchen stuff.

Relaxing and convenient

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is great and literally half an hour from Orlando WITH traffic. The pool was the best part of my kids stay. With the heated pool we were able to swim early in the mornings and late at night. Definitely bring more essentials if you plan on staying awhile with a full house. Michelle and the Horsley’s were very responsive and answered any questions or concerns in a timely manner. We’d definitely book with them again when we visit FL again!

It was just ok

The management is greatly lacking for this property. There were not enough supplies
I had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. One toilet paper roll for each bathroom is not enough for several days and a family of five. The house could use quite a bit of updating. The floors are splitting apart, the larger couch in the living room needs to be replaced
you almost fall forward trying to sit on it. I paid extra to get the pool heated, but the first day we were there the water was chilly. I contacted the management and they sent a pool guy the next day and the jets were blowing warm water after he came. It was ok after that, but I shouldn’t have to call if I paid to have it heated. There are literally signs everywhere in the house with every rule imaginable, however, there are no departure day instructions so you might want to add those as I had no clue what the expectations were. The previous house we stayed at had very detailed expectations for departure, etc. The house reminded me of staying at my grandmas and the neighborhood was all mostly older people so not really welcoming for families with younger kids.

Cozy and perfect for families!

We spent Christmas and the house hasy everything to have a great Christmas weekend. The playroom was perfect for adults and kids, we couldn't use the pool because it was very cold in Orlando that weekend, but the pool was clean and the pool area was just perfect for a family stay. Very clean and cozy!

Nice home with a convenient location

Nice home in a residential location near supermarkets and restaurants. The home has not been updated in a while but is clean and comfortable and the pool was great for the kids. Be aware you will have to get your own toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, trash bags etc. There was not a spare anything in this home, no Netflix/Hulu, and slow wifi which would disconnect often which is why we give this property 4 stars vs 5. It is very easy to get to the parks and the ac was nice and cold after a day in the heat.

Excellent way to do Orlando!

The house was exactly what we saw in the pictures. The pool is perfect for the entire family and my teens loved the game room. Daniel and Carol were very easy to work with and I appreciate your dedication to our stay. The golf course behind the house is neat to watch and outside of the house is pristine. The location is prime! When we come back to Orlando, this will be where we stay.

This home has lots of space for a big family to be comfortable if visiting the area. Quiet neighborhood and close grocery store. Might need a couple of small updates but very good for the price and location. Owners were very kind and accommodating. Thank you.

Villa Review

The villa is not the closest to the parks compared to previous ones we’ve stayed in, but it’s still under a 20 minute drive to Disney World, 30 to 45 minutes to Universal (depending on the traffic on the I4), and about 40 - 45 minutes from MCO. However it’s still a great location as it’s only 5 minutes drive from a Walmart and a wide range of restaurants are also very close by. The villa itself was very clean and very spacious. There was one day (about a week into our holiday) when the air conditioning had stopped working- I called the property manager and an engineer was at the villa within 30 minutes to fix it, we had no other issues. There was also plenty of towels provided which was nice. Overall we had a nice and very comfortable stay, and I’d highly recommend this villa.

Peaceful getaway

Lovely family home with all amenities. Garage well stocked with games for the family. The pool was clean with inflatable toys and plenty of sun beds, also private which is important.
