First and foremost, the host & their staff are top notch! Questions via phone or email are answered within minutes, not hours. Any of the requests we made were taken care of without any issues at all. The house is beautiful and was perfect for a group of ADULTS, meaning it isn't all "cartoony". Plenty of space for all of us to hang out and not feel cramped. Would definitely stay here again, or another one of their properties.

My only complaints is this is NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE we waited for a ramp for entry no way to acess pool, bed was awful for Handicap needs a higher headboard. Only thing accessible is the shower. Plus bedroom is carpeted. Also we had limited use of pool with ph being off and chemicals being added. Pool guy comes in middle of day when everyone is using it. And the constant sound of the neighbors behind us of their pool alarm. ALL DAY! power on off one night also. Definitely not what we expected or relaxing!

This house was perfect for my celebration. The amenities are extremely accommodating for a large group.There was so much to love about this home. The home was clean and spacious with a extra large dining table that can seat 16, two refrigerators, two laundry rooms and televisions in every room.

Love this place

We enjoyed our stay extremely. The house was spacious and all 14 of us had a great time with all the games, pool and seating arrangements that this home provided. There was an issue with the refrigerators,dishwasher and disposal but we notified the maintenance crew and they came that day and fixed everything. We definitely recommend this leasing company. We give them 5 Stars

Ive been coming to orlando yearly and this was my best experience. The house was large and comfortable for my family, love the long table, double fridge and gated pool and the excellent responsiveness of the management. Would come again

We wanted to love this place but


AMENITIES: arcade games were okay but the location made them unbearably loud for the rest of the house. The pool heat was
 too hot. They must’ve turned it down/off because it was more pleasant after mgmt visited. The WIFI SUCKED. KITCHEN: cookware was lacking, and was filthy or half broken. Plenty of plates and utensils. The right front stovetop burner couldn’t get hot enough to boil water. The right dishwasher or sink seemed to start with a leak which we cleaned up multiple times before the ground crew came in and reported it as an old stain, although from that point on we had no more leaks. CLEANLINESS: The carpet in this property was positively disgusting, and coming off at the transitions to other flooring types to the point of exposed metals. One of our guests got a metal splinter from the middle of an upstairs room. The upholstery was questionable. The towels were tiny and bleached and we had one with some kind of sticky goop attached to it
 ick. SAFETY- the double bunk bed has top mattresses too tall for the rails to be safe and the bed is pulled 3 feet from the back wall (clearly due to wallpaper issues as you can see where it was attempted to be reglued at the seams) adding to the lack of stability to the beds overall. BATHS- tiny dingy towels, had doors that would not shut,the ada shower floor didn’t contain the waterPOSITIVES- comfy beds, checkin/out, location, management comms- although a heads up about the visit for repairs would’ve been appreciated.

Amazing

This property was so amazing, we had nothing to complain about. There are several games and activities. There was plenty of room to spread out and have your own private space. We absolutely loved it. This is our third stay in Kissimmee and it was definitely our favorite. Thanks to the host for being prompt when we reached out for assistance, but no major issues at all. We had a blast and can’t wait to return!

This house was perfect for us!

We love the fact that every room has a bathroom. The young ladies really enjoyed themselves in the house. We loved the fact that the dining room fit all of us together so we could actually have meals together. It was great.

Was an accurate listing and host replied to a late night wifi message sent via vrbo chat with a reply text and call! Very considerate of them. For longer stays, plan to purchase toiletries on arrival or bring them with. Starter set (as described) only gets you so far.

Great place for a large group: really more like a 4 property.

After significant research, we chose this one as it had inside seating, in one room, for all of us for meals, and also had ample beds for all 18 of us. In all those measures it came through as planned. Indeed, as a house, it worked very well. Further, the management company is very, very responsive and straightforward. The games are as shown, a real plus, and there is extra parking across the street. Thus, I recommend for a similar group. There are some limitations to note for planning purposes:1. The towels are limited, e.g., the number of pool towels. If you are going to the beach much, or use the pool, bring some of your own. There were no bath mats. A couple extra bath towels would also help. 2. There was no cookie sheet. Also, no griddle (e.g., for making pancakes). Other than that, a good set of pots and pans for a rental house, though the fry pans were no longer non-stick. 3. Upon making our first meal, we found out there were only 8 forks, and other silverware was not plentiful. E-mailed the management company and the next morning all was taken care of. As said, the management company is really responsive.4. Paper goods supplied (e.g., paper towels, toilet paper) are limited as well. 5. No salt/pepper/sugar/coffee supplied.6. Limited cleaning supplies (e.g., clothes & dishwasher soap) Some, just not enough for the whole stay. 6. Bathrooms could use more towel racks7. Closet in the mobility room does not have hanging clothes spacehangars

Family Thanksgiving

Property was just what we needed, plenty of bedrooms with en-suites attached. Pool was a nice respite since we traveled from the north to Florida. Our only issue was the handicap bedroom on the main floor included a bed that was too high off the ground for our mother to comfortably get in by herself. The walk-in shower was perfect for her, but the bed posed issues. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Family vacation

We loved the house. Very spacious and located close to the Disney parks. The only thing was that the upstairs was very hot and everyone was not able to sleep comfortably because they were hot. Once the fans were brought in by the maintenance team it was a little bit better. The AC was at 70 degrees which was the lowest it could go but it wasn’t enough. We were not able to play the machines upstairs. Seemed like you needed to add money to them in order to play. The house manager was excellent at responding in a timely manner. We had a great time overall.
