We enjoyed our stay here. I felt safe and secure! Its a beautiful 5 bedroom house!The game room was amazing! Very close to Disney parks and attractions. All the rooms were cleaned and beds were very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay here! We will be back soon.

What a fabulous place. Thanks so much for letting us stay in telhe house. Really clean and the most comfortable beds ever. This place had everything you need for a great stay. The pool was perfect for our family and we loved cooing off in there. Probably my only concern but it was probably more my issue and that is you don't get access to the water park included. This place is amazing and we would highly recommend it. Would definitely book again if I had chance. Great location where we felt very safe

First and Last

We’ve been looking forward for this vacation and after a long day dealing with our flight being delayed and traffic we arrived at the property around 830p. The first thing we usually check is the kitchen area, bathrooms and the air filter. We found the place overly dusty especially the kitchen area. Attached are some photos. I contacted the host Shine Villas and I was given two options , either we get our full refund and look for another place to stay at 10pm at night or wait til the following day for someone to come and do the cleaning. I spoke with a woman named Mavs with Shine Villas and she showed no remorse or empathy. So I decided to take the second option and deal with the disgusting and dusty utensils, cabinets, dishes, glasses pretty much everything in that house. I received an email for me to sign that stated they will only send someone to clean the following day if I signed a waiver stating I’m not allowed to post any negative review on social media. lol.. Of course I declined and did not sign any waiver . So as a result they sent no one the next day to clean . We had to do it ourselves and had to wash everything and dusted the kitchen area. After messaging back and forth with the host and vrbo, I was not even compensated with the 200 cleaning fee which the host failed to do. Another issue is vrbo posted false advertisement on their property , one of the amenities is a grill. I was told by the host that the property didn’t come with a grill unless I rent it. 77 dg

We go to the Reunion every year, and this house was excellent. Everything was in perfect condition. Even the cleaning staff we saw upon leaving was very friendly!

Overall good experience. The air hockey table did not work and neither did the pinball machine in the game room. You may want to have the home sprayed for insects since we found cockroaches in the master bathroom and one upstairs bedroom.

My main goal was for all of our family to be together for Christmas. There were 10 of us. We had 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Goal accomplished. We were close enough to stores, restaurants, and different activities.

Sunny Days

Lovely open-plan house - just as described and shown in photos. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and great outdoor area with plenty chairs/loungers to enjoy the winter sunshine. Reunion Resort itself was beautiful with lovely walks, golf courses, bars and restaurants serving excellent quality food. This area is also a great location for visiting Disney / Universal. That said, there were a few 'housekeeping' issues (faulty white goods, hairdryer and cleanliness of carpets...) which we did not expect for a property of this standard and cost! Some issues were addressed while unfortunately, others weren't... Housekeeping Co letting down the owners.

Property was very nice. Cons -no a/c in gameroom -no dishtowel/cloth in kitchen. And seems like some sort of fan needed in main sitting area. -carpets need clean -kitchen needs to be sprayed for bugs (saw a roach in pots/pans cabinet) refrigerator leaked Pros -quiet neighborhood -good location -kitchen well stocked

Very nice property and nice location Internet outage was a problem

We greatly enjoyed out stay. The 4-day internet outage was a big problem for me because I work remotely from home. I drove to a McDonalds and a public library in Haines City so I could work. I found it the entire resort was affected by the outage, and a couple of residents told me it was a frequent problem.

Great property and location but very dirty.

Property was good and location is great. However, the property was very dirty. I complained to management and they sent a cleaning person to re-clean parts of the house. My advice: get a new cleaning company asap!

Lots of space

The house had a lot of space and we loved that. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The house was as described. The only issue I had was that the house needed a better cleaning. There were spiderwebs behind the bedroom door upstairs and there were crumbs on the floor in the living room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect space

Great stay for our family of five. We purposely booked a house larger than what we needed and it worked our great. I must have missed it in the listing, so the pool table and gaming system in the garage were a nice surprise for us. Pool was so refreshing on hot Florida days. Comfy beds and the blackout curtains made mornings we wanted to sleep in so much easier. The house had everything we were looking for! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Keep Looking

We had a wonderful vacation but the property was not what we expected. The pros: - The location is great. You’re within walking distance to the restaurants, golf courses and pools - It’s an easy drive to Disney or Universal - it’s pet friendly The cons: - we opted for pool heat and the property manager was not able to provide this service. - the home is advertised as able to sleep 11. We felt crowded with 8 people. Six people would be comfortable in this house. - the house is a bit run down. We had to have the refrigerator repaired, a toilet repaired and a smoke alarm blared in the middle of the night because the battery was used up, however, repairs were made with 48 hours. - overall the appliances are contractor grade - the internet went down 2 days before we left and the property manager was unable to fix the problem - the homes in this neighborhood are very tightly packed and you can easily hear your neighbors. The neighbors appear to be full time residents and have young children of all ages. I would personally not rent this property again. I’d look for something newer, larger and in a different neighborhood.

Nice Option for Disney

We came here for a week while we waited for power after Hurricane Ida. We were very fortunate Velleux was available. We gave this property a 5 but there was a lack of kitchen utensils, silverware, and general kitchen items. Compared to all of my other stays, this one was lacking in that respect. We liked the neighborhood, the location, the price, and the house. The pool was nice as well. Some of the inside is a little tired but nothing that would get in the way. Especially for the price with 5 bedrooms. The immediate neighbor is a little messy but this did not impact us in any way. The management company was efficient, responsive and easy to work with. We would 100% stay here again
