The room should not have been a guest room. It was carved out of a meeting room that was never intended for guests. Street noise and ventilation were problems.

The staff were great. The rooms were extremely clean and very modern. Although I didn't get the king suite I booked for I was accommodated and I appreciate that a lot. I will go back anytime im in downtown Orlando!

The staff was friendly. The bed was super comfortable. Hotel was very clean and room was quiet. Pillows were also great. Had a broken curtain pull rod in my room which made it difficult to close curtains.
