Was not expecting a brand new home but did expect it to be clean and and everything in working order, Not. When we first arrived we saw that the carpeting was very dirty, not comfortable to walk around in bare feet and the upstairs couch smelled like pee. We do cook and the kitchen, thought It had plenty of dishes n silverware, the pots and pans were warped n unusable, there where no basic utensils n large bowls, the refrigerator door would hit the counter every time it was opened âŠ
We went to make sure the gas grill worked but it didnât, so the hubbies had to take the burners apart and clean the intakes and got it to work, No help from management.
We paid to heat the pool n spa but it was never warm when we wanted to use it. Just not happy about that.
This is not the fault of the management but there was no good phone reception in the whole Solterra Resort area n the community pool does not come close to accommodating all the guests. Also, it was extremely difficult to enter the neighborhood each day, very long lines to get in, up to 20 to 30 min.
We had fun with our family n friend like always but definitely would not return to this home or resort.
