Everything was great except for I requested that Thursday night the hot tub be warm so we could enjoy it and also for Friday when I got back to the house on Friday at 4 o’clock it was cold and it took till almost 830 before it was warm enough to enjoy. I only asked for one thing I did text back-and-forth they said they would accommodate that but Friday night they would not respond to me at all not real happy about that

The host described how to enter in into the gated community perfectly! It was well maintained and clean. The only thing we were unable to figure out is how to operate the hot tub only as it was connected to the pool temperature. My best guess is they go together and it's not really a true hot tub. Overall a 9 out of 10.

Great place exactly as advertised! Every time we sent a message, it was replied to within an hour. The pool was warm, house was clean, towels were plentiful, and there were dishes to use. Great staff at the security gate and the check in desk. We will absolutely use them again!

Strong chemical smell

Property could use a good upgrade. From broken outdoor patio screen, to wobbly chair and outdated appliances and showers. The complex is fanstastic and offers great amenities. Upon our arrival the place looks clean but it had a very strong bleach smell. Like someone used a whole bottle. We opened all doors and windows because my family started to cough,eyes burning, and it triggered my son's asthma. Call the property manager numerous times, could not get anyone on the phone. Even Vrbo tried to contact them and no luck. I message and all it was suggested was to open windows and doors,which we did since we arrived.It took us 24hrs with doors and windows open to air out the place ,plus asthma and a headaches since we arrived.We stayed for 2 nights and the first night was extremely frustrating. So instead of enjoying the house we stayed out for the most part. I wanted to cancel our stay but no one anwer the phone and we did not want to lose our money. We pay to pretty much to only sleep and shower ,which a hotel should have been a better choice. The house is very spacious and the garage has a pool table ,soccer table which is a nice feature. Pool was nice and it has a jaccuzzi. Overall I will not recommend this house. The owner should have let the place air out and be ready to received guests instead of just a little airpurifier on top of the fridge, and maybe, just maybe asnwer the freaking phone when guests call.

Excellent Vacation Home

We have used several VRBO properties in Florida and this was the best we have been to. Very clean and nice with room for a large family. Close to all of the theme parks. The host communicated throughout and all instructions were very clear. We will definitely book again.

living in the 2000s

first the communication with the manager was outstanding. any question i had, he responded right away. walking into the house definitely felt dated. old tvs, old "fancy" dishes on the dinning room table which we felt were in the way. the kitchen didnt have some basic items, which we ended up havjng to buy(annoying) the bar chairs were not in the best of shape. beds were extremely loud. the worst thing was that the hot tub and pool had to be the same temperature. thats unacceptable. the house was far better than staying at a hotel. having that home fell was great. this place could really just use a decent update and it would be a 5-star.

First Vrbo Stay

The experience and location were great and located the right distance from all the parks, close enough so the daily drive wasn't an issue, but far enough away to have all the regular shopping venues and restaurants. The listing pictures are misleading. The property is dated and has maintenance issues that the owner or manager needs to address i.e. rickety bar stools, broken light switches and table lamps (shorts more than possible) and damaged/missing patio furniture. Those item aside I would still recommend the property for use by alert personnel.

The worst place a ever been

And so, for the 25 years that I have lived in this country, it has been the worst place to be. The house was very clean. When we arrived, the communication with the owners was terrible. We had problems with the pool from the first day of our stay. We were only able to use the pool on the last two days because the pool water was not very hot and no one did anything. We asked for a refund. And now they are using the excuse that we ruined a lot of things in the house, even though nothing was damaged.! We went to celebrate my baby's first year and my husband's birthday and we were very disappointed with everything because the communication between them was terrible. The barbecue, when you rent the house, no one tells you that you have to pay to use it. In the photo when you go to rent the house. It says that it has a baby seat and a bed for a baby, but when we get there, there is only the baby seat that is broken and the baby play pen for you to have it, you have to ask them to take it to the house, as it is not available for the day you arrive. The only good thing about this house was the cleanliness, it was impeccable, very clean, but the furniture was broken, the bed was horrible, everything was broken in the house and they want to say that we were the ones who ruined the house when the house was already like that.

Home with pool

We had a great stay in this four bedroom home with pool. It was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Check in and check out was really a breeze. I have asthma so I'm always concerned about air quality. I'm happy to report I had no problems. The AC worked perfectly, which is huge for me. Communication is also key, which was perfect in our case. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again for a Disney and theme park vacation.

Don't stay for pool/hot tub

Incredibly disappointed in this rental. Before booking confirmed pool/hot tub were heated and in working order. 1 week before going, I checked in again to confirm all was in working order. Stressed this was main reason for our stay. Just a few days of relaxing. When we got there the first evening there was no water in hot tub, and pool was cold. Yes, the property manager responded quickly but the 4 days we were there the pool and hot tub were never working properly. When I inquired on refund he never responded. I have reached out 3 times now and nothing.

Very Disappointed

When we arrived, I wanted to relax and have a glass of wine. All the wine glasses were dirty as were other dishes. I expected the dishes to be clean upon our arrival. Then we wanted to go in the pool. It was freezing and no instructions were provided on how to increase the temperature. I sent the owner a note to obtain that information. It was provided the next day. I feel that should have been provided to guests upon arrival. I tried to make eggs for breakfast but there were no spatulas. I had to buy one. The coffee machine leaked and some of the power outlets didn’t work in the house. The pool table was broken, there was no chalk for the pool cues, and it didn’t have the correct balls (more stripe balls than solids). Playing pool was not very enjoyable when the balls would fall out of the pockets onto our feet. The game room was not as advertised. I informed the owner but nothing was done. There were missing screens in the screened in porch. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because of all the bugs. There were cameras in the pool area. Lastly, I was not comfortable having to submit a copy of my photo holding my ID and credit card.  I requested to cancel the reservation and the host agreed to give me a refund. Hours later, he rescinded, which left me no choice but to follow through with the rental. This made me concerned about the owner and my concerns were realized. I did not find this rental experience enjoyable in any way and do not recommend this property or host.
