Fantastic stay at gorgeous villa in Windsor Islands

We had the most incredible stay at the villa. From the moment we booked, Claudia was ready to answer our questions and was speedy and helpful with all her communications. We were provided with clear instructions for check in and as we were arriving late, Claudia also gave us a 'back up' in case there were any issues getting access (which there was not).The villa is stunning. Extremely spacious which is great as we were two families of 4 (8 in total) and it was perfect to have our own bathrooms and room to spread out. All the rooms are perfectly decorated and there is everything you could need. The kids stayed in the 'Mickey' 'Star Wars' and 'Princess' rooms and the adults the primary suites. The beds were amazing and we referred to them as sleeping in our own clouds - just what you want after a long day at the parks!We did not need the pool heating as it was very warm during our stay but we opted to pay for the BBQ gas and were pleased we did. The pool and hot tub are a great size and were cleaned regularly during our stay. We also used the main pool and facilities which was great and was easy to find loungers.Claudia was great at helping us settle in and was kind enough to purchase a hairdryer (as the wall fitted ones were not cutting it for six girls to use). It was great having the tumble dryer and washing machine so we could do our laundry.We would absolutely stay here again. It was a fantastic find and a beautiful property.

Great Family Getaway

We had a perfect stay. This was a great location for accessing all there is to do! Minutes from Disney and Universal. The house was very clean and nicely set up with just about everything you would ever need. The pool and hot tub were a hit after a long day of running around. The host was very quick in replying to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house!

The property was exactly as described. It was well maintained and clean. The house had everything we needed and we loved it was a short walk to the clubhouse. The pools/waterslides were great! Kids loved the free arcade. We had 5 adults and 2 kids in the house and there was plenty of space. Loved that all the bedrooms had bathrooms attached. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

The property is absolutely beautiful extremely clean. The pool was very nice. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and the host was very nice and understanding. We felt as if we was home. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be coming back again.

Adult Disney trip

Five of us stayed here and never would have known that we were in this house together. Place is huge, beautiful and clean. We will most likely return next year to visit family in Florida with the kids. Theme parks are a little bit of a drive with traffic but this house is worth it! The down stairs master suite is perfect if you want some space between you and your kids!

AMAZING vacation home!

Our family of six, plus grandma, stayed at this amazing vacation home for seven days. For the past 10+ years we have done an annual trip and stayed at vacation homes in the Orlando area, this was by far the best house and best host we have ever had. The house was beautifully decorated, everything was in great condition, and it was VERY clean. The pool and spa were amazing, we spent many hours outside. The community pool and mini-golf were a short walk from the house and offered great options as well. The host, Claudia, provided excellent communication and checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. We definitely plan to return next year!

Great Christmas Getaway

Our family decided to head to Florida to experience a memorable Christmas with extended family. We had the best time and this house added to that experience! It was a bonus that this house was located inside a resort that had has lots of options for everyone. When not out and about adventuring, the kids spent plenty of time in the water park and at the arcade. The house itself was spacious and clean and is in an ideal location within the resort. It was an added bonus that each bedroom had its own full attached bathroom. During our stay we ran into two issues with the pool and hot tub, both of which were quickly resolved within a short time period after being reported. Issue 1: the pool circulator and heater was not running. After placing a call to the property management group the issue was quickly resolved. Issue 2: A few days into our stay the hot tub stopped heating. A call was made to the property management group to discuss the issue. It took quite a bit of time to convince them that we were not missing the heating window before they finally agreed to send someone out. Lastly, the host was very communicative and checked in on us frequently even though they were on vacation themselves. It made us feel like we were really being taken of to ensure we had everything we could possibly need. Thank you for sharing your hidden gem with us. We will certainly be suggesting this location to friends and family!

Nice, clean home.

This was our first trip to Disneyworld with our two daughters. The house was clean and spacious. Our only complaint is that it is not that close to the Disney parks. Expect to drive at least 35-45 minutes depending on traffic. That was a little much for us after a long day at the park. Also, it seems like the area is very friendly to vacation rentals so expect some traffic getting into the property at first. Later once a parking pass is obtained it becomes easier.

This home was absolutely beautiful, and stocked well with pots, pans and everything we needed when decided to stay in and prepare meals. The pool was great, kids had a lot of fun swimming, and the resort has great amenities that we all enjoyed during our stay.
