Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Evenings often end by the pool and spa, where the calm of the neighborhood and warm climate make it easy to unwind.

Sleeping arrangements
This single level home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary master suite features a king bed, Roku Smart TV, ceiling fan, direct access to the pool and spa area, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and bidet. A second master ensuite offers another king bed, Roku Smart TV, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and Smart TV, while the fourth bedroom is a bunk room with a full over full bunk bed and Smart TV. In the family room, two queen memory foam pull-out sofas provide additional sleeping flexibility. Room-darkening shades, clothing storage, and bathroom essentials help create a comfortable environment for both short and extended stays.

Living spaces and entertainment
The family room centers around a 65 inch HDTV with standard cable, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku - ideal for relaxing after a day out. A dedicated game room adds another layer of entertainment with a pool table, ping pong table, life size games, and themed elements that make it a favorite gathering space. Exercise equipment including an elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, and free weights is also available. Books, board games, and a children’s playroom stocked with toys and reading material provide options for guests of all ages.

Outdoor living
The backyard offers a private outdoor space designed for relaxing in Florida’s year-round warm climate. The private outdoor pool and spa are available all year and open 24 hours, with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, a hammock, and an outdoor dining area creating an inviting place to spend the afternoon or evening. A private BBQ grill: gas is available for outdoor cooking, and the backyard opens to a grassy area for additional space to enjoy the outdoors. Heating for the pool or spa can be arranged for an additional fee.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen provides a full space where guests can cook their own meals, with stainless steel appliances and a dining table for shared meals. A coffee maker: drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine and coffee are available to start the day, and barbecue utensils are provided for grilling outdoors. The layout makes it easy to move between the kitchen, dining area, and patio.

Families will find thoughtful amenities throughout the home, including a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, baby bath, children’s dinnerware, and children’s books and toys for multiple age groups. Lake access is available nearby, and the home’s private entrance and quiet surroundings make it a convenient and comfortable base for exploring Central Florida.
