The property is very aesthetically pleasing and it is very close to Universal Studios. Communication with the host wasnât the easiest. They didnât respond in a timely manner. They also failed to mention the AC was broken. Checking in the property was extremely easy. Some of the lights in the apartment did not work and the removable shower heads didnât work.
We had several issues with this property. Two of the three remotes were missing. We texted back-and-forth with the owner and nothing was resolved. We also had trouble with the apartment door not locking as we left and to us that is a definite safety issue! There were towels, but no wash cloths and no extra garbage bags. The light switches were odd and one set of lights we couldnât get to work at all.
The place worked just fine for our needs but wasn't impressive. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
Cons: The lights in one bedroom didn't work, and the shower head in that bedroom was a disaster. Of the 122 'rainfall' nozzles, about 45 actually put out any water. They also pointed in all different directions in the very small shower space. Not effective if you have any amount of hair to wash and get shampoo out of.
Everything in the place is cheap, but the place served it's purpose and was what one should expect for being the lowest cost space in the area.
