The property itself was okay and in a convenient location. The rooms were super stuffy and we felt like we shared a room with the folks next door. It was a little weird. The $100 deposit fee was not clear in when getting the hotel - this is the only hotel that I have ever encountered doing this . The room was small for the price I paid

Not perfect, but fine

I stayed for one quick night with my young son. It was fine. Nothing fancy. And a mix of results from the reviews I read. The front desk workers, and maintenance men I encounter were lovely. The room and lobby were very clean. BUT, the AC made the room muggy, and there was an issue with our shower/bath tap not turning off. (The tap was an issue of fixing something in the wall, and we found a sweet spot on the handle to make it turn off completely. Not a big deal for one night.) Also, the breakfast is not something that should be an up charge. It was very basic. Overall, for the price, it was just fine. We'll maybe stay again for a quick/cheap staycation.

It was in a great location. My room however was dirty! The floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty and had hair all over the sink and all in the tub. There was also used soap in the tubs soap holder, the bathroom sink was clogged and dirty.

I had a great time at this hotel. Very clean, beautiful, spacious rooms. Everybody is so nice, from the front desk to the kitchen. Especial thanks to: Rachael-Deli Joan and Jonny-Restaurant Ivo, Rafaela, Gabriel, Maria, Evelyn Fernanda from the ticket store and more. They go above and beyond for you. I stay 3 nights then I liked so much that I stayed 4 more nights. It has a car charging pump for free electricity Congratulations!!!

Our second stay. Really like! Very Kid friendly, very convenient location close to universal and other attractions with shuttles nearby and ride service convenient and affordable. The staff on both stays have great!! Kids love basketball court, pool, and hot tub. Definitely recommend great value for your $. Do recommend some maintenance in guest areas and around spa/pool area , better parking!
