Stayed with our three young children. We had an amazing time!! The room was spacious and updated. I had an amazing massage, the food options were great and the pool was nice and never too crowded. We reserved a cabana one day and it was perfect! Venetian Chop House’s filet was amazing and they were very accommodating for young children despite being a fine dining restaurant. Calypso lunch poolside was awesome too! We had an awesome time at the Stadium Club our first night with the simulators! Our service was excellent from start to finish as well. We will definitely be back. The only con I can think of was there were a lot of ants by pool area. They didn’t bother us but I definitely noticed them!

This is a great property with a good value for the price. It is a large hotel with friendly staff, several restaurants and convenient rooms. It's fairly central to the variety of parks, close to outlet malls, Disney Springs, etc. My only complaint is that you can't schedule the Disney shuttle until after check-in. Since I arrived early evening with a plan to go to Disney the next day, the early morning shuttle options were not available.

Just a heads up—when I tried to book a shuttle and tickets to Disneyland, the team wasn’t very helpful with providing the information I needed. Thought I’d mention it in case it helps improve the process for others in the future.

Stayed here with my 4 sons and husband all had an amazing experience. Very nice property staff were exceptional. On the higher end of price but you get what you pay for in my opinion. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is in a great location, clean and nicely spread-out. As we were checking in, we were told there is no self parking available due to an event at the hotel. That we would need to come back in 30 minutes (after event was over). They should of comped the valet parking for the night so we didn't have to drive around for 30 minutes. They did comp a night of self parking. The lady at check in was very nice and apologetic about it. The reason for the low rating is due to their spa and the response or lack of response i have received from my multiple requests to talk to a manager. First it is not a spa. It's a guest room that has a massage table in it and you are rushed in and out. They don't even offer you a bottle of water. The massage itself was another let down. I was unable to communicate what my focus areas were and what kind of pressure due to a language barrier. I basically got someone spreading lotion on me with no pressure. We paid over $380.00 for a couple's massage, fees and tip (they automatically add it in the bill). And I can't get a manager from the hotel or spa to call me back.
