I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Several guests, including myself, were unable to access our rooms even hours after the official check-in time. The pool water was extremely cloudy, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. If you need additional blankets you will have to reach out multiple times before you get anything. The rooms had a strong musty odor, and it seemed like issues were simply being covered up with fresh paint rather than properly addressed. Bathrooms had no ventilation, so steam built up and absorbed into the drywall, adding to the unpleasant smell. I also overheard other guests complaining that their air conditioning wasn’t working—an essential amenity, especially in hot weather. While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, one front desk attendant stood out for the wrong reason. She repeatedly ignored guests waiting in line and refused to call anyone forward when her station opened, creating unnecessary confusion and frustration almost like she was too good to call on you. Overall, the property appears to be poorly maintained, and basic hospitality standards were not met. It did not live up to the hype and was ultimately underwhelming. I mostly blame administration because they are ultimately the ones who make the decisions to put money back into the resort, but instead they keep for profit.

Our Grandchildren had a ball. Staff was wonderful. Everything ran on time. Everything was neat and clean. The only down side was the breakfast. It was pretty awful. Biscuits were to hard to eat, sausage patties appeared to have been reheated or something (but they were inedible), and the gravy was awful. Pretty much ate cereal, so when paying over $70 for 3 adults, it was definately not worth it. But otherwise everything was terrific and we will go back, just bringing our own box of cereal. Thank you.

The front desk staff are rude and doesn’t seem to like their job … they have no patience with people and there concerns. I didn’t get the room I paid for until I kept calling to get som proper assistant upon arriving then all of a sudden the room I booked happens to become available 25 mins after them upsetting me … as much as my kids enjoyed the water park and arcade I would never stay at this location again . The rooms are old and u wake up to bugs in your bathroom everyday. The rugs are ripped up and the sofa and microwave and fridge all have a smell. They can do better at this location . It’s alot of fun but the employees are rude and lied about the room I booked sayin they were fully booked when they weren’t .

I really did appreciate the water resort, which my little one enjoyed. It just isn't a fancy nice hotel. If you want something nice and fancy, this isn't it. I booked my reservation through Expedia thinking we have access to the pools and water park. NOPE, you have to pay another amount aside from what you pay to reserve to able to access the pool and resort. One of the nights, I came back after a long hot day, wanting to shower and there was barely any water coming from the shower, seems like all the water running in all the other rooms made me wait for the water flow to come back stronger. On my last day, I was doing my morning prayer and saw a cockroach on the backboard of the bed.

Was supposed to have king bed family suite and got 2 full size beds. They gave additional double bed room but rooms were very basic and pictures didn’t match rooms. Water park was nice no complaints there. Staff was rude to my wife (who was on reservation also). Charged for parking and resort fee which wasn’t listed prior to booking. I wouldn’t stay here again I would just go to a regular hotel.

When you walk in the rooms smell old and musty. The air was on 60 everything in the room was covered in moisture. First room door lock was broke shower curtain rod hanging no hot water no water pressure switched rooms after one night the second room the toilet didn’t work and there was allot of hair and something gross all over the shower it was never cleaned and blood on the comforter. I was hung up on multiple times trying to get help and an iron and board . Took two times to get those. We ordered a pizza from the diner there it was awful. Maids and maintenance didn’t speak English so I couldn’t communicate with them to tell them what was wrong I spent almost our whole first day trying to get help and get a new room. I found drugs in the smoking area. My daughter said the pool smelled like pee so she wouldn’t swim in it. I was suppose to have breakfast included in my package and did not get it. I forgot things in my room and cannot get anyone to call me back. We paid allot for this stay for the water park and was very disappointed we didn’t even get to use it. It is a neat hotel but does need allot of work and better maids and better customer service. I still have not got my deposit back and it has been 4 days since we left.

I’m not one to post reviews but this stay definitely has me going so. There was no hot water in the hotel. The room had mold. It was visually very noticeable and the smell was so strong as well. The list cancer going and going and going.
