Andrew et Jackie, les heureux propriĂ©taires de cette propriĂ©tĂ©, venaient en vacances avec leurs enfants. Un jour, ils sont tombĂ©s amoureux de cette propriĂ©tĂ©. Coup de foudre. Ils l'ont amĂ©liorĂ© pour en faire le leur: des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, des carreaux dans la zone principale, de nouveaux cadres sur le mur ... Leur passion pour la dĂ©coration peut facilement ĂȘtre dĂ©tectĂ©e ici. Jackie travaille pour une grande entreprise hĂŽteliĂšre et est responsable de l'ouverture de nouveaux hĂŽtels de direction en Europe. Cela dit, vous comprendrez que cette villa est parfaite pour vos vacances.

Perfect Home for Our Large Family

I would highly recommend this rental and will stay again when in the area. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip to Disney and Busch Gardens.

Did not meet expectations

This was our first vacation to Florida, and unfortunately the house did not meet all expectations. Hot tub was not working which we weren’t aware about until I called to ask. Pool table and air hockey tables were also not in their best condition therefore couldn’t really play. Found an undergarment piece of clothing from previous renters under the bed that my daughter was sleeping on which grossed my kids out, and the kitchen lacked condiments. Bbq grill is also small for a family of 10. Not expecting a lot but to have a vacation from across the country, I only wish that the house was better equipped for a family staying for a week.

Clean & tidy- many items unusable

The house was clean and tidy, located in quiet neighborhood. But unfortunately, I didn’t have a 5-star stay due to several of the items being unusable. First being the hot tub which was not working and this was a huge disappointment. Then in regards to the pool- the night lights did not stay on for more than five minutes the timer just did not work. Also the heat in the pool which we paid extra for was suppose to be on from 8am to 8pm but it went off everyday around 7pm, paying for heat was extremely pricey so being cut off an hour early was very frustrating. The pool was kept very clean, which goes into the fact that someone came weekly to clean it. The company that came was extremely unprofessional and we were caught off guard because someone just walks through the back door and doesn’t say a word to us as we were in the pool. Then goes to state that we need to get out of the pool for an hour which is understandable but he was extremely rude because he didn’t say anything else, that was his only words to us. We didn’t even know when he was finished, he just left without saying a word. This was extremely uncomfortable. In regards to the kitchen- one night the dishwasher started leaking all over the kitchen. It was fixed in a timely manner. Overall, communication on items that were not working would have been more than acceptable.

I paid a extra $200 for heated/ spa as listed on site but the hot tub didn’t work !!! I

I was later told that only paid for pool heat not the spa but they are listed together not separated !! I’m a water person so not being able to enjoy the hot tub and pool at night completely ruin my trip!!!

House was nice and spacious but a lot of issues and non working amenities.

We arrived on Friday. When we got there light out in upstairs bathroom, no hot water in upstairs bathroom, stand alone hot tub not working, remote batteries out, air hockey table doesn't work, pool light doesn't work properly. Sent an email Friday night got a response that was irrelevant to any of the issues. Sent another email that night. Sent an email Saturday and still no response. The phone number is for Mon- Fri so we had to research to find an emergency line since we couldn't get a response. We called the emergency line only to be told they would try but usually don't work on weekends. Someone did come out and fix the light (left the trash from the light bulb sitting on the dresser). That was all that was fixed and never heard back from them again. This was a huge disappointment since we were there for my my daughters 10th birthday and she was excited about the game room and hot tub(one of the main reasons we chose this house). Even paid the additional fee for pool and hot tub heat. Shower head in master was terrible and shower drain was backed up. We left a day early. I emailed to tell them we had left early and how disappointed we were that these things were ignored. We got no response. Not even a simple apology. Much less any compensation. So inconsiderate.

Very Relaxing Place

The place was very nice(as pictured), clean and in a great location. The private pool and hot tub was very relaxing and were the best part of the trip! Keep in mind that this listing is advertised as 4 bathrooms but it’s really just 3.5 baths. One person unfortunately had to end up sharing a bathroom with another but there was plenty of bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would stay again in the future.

Love it

This house is beautiful. It was at the very front of the subdivision so it was very easy to find. The master bedroom is on the ground level. Which was wonderful. We cooked breakfast at the house before going to the parks. After being at Disney all day, we spent most of our time in the hot tub or pool when we were at the house. It was a relaxing and enjoyable 5 days.

I booked this house at the last minute because the hotel we were staying in was quite deserted and dreary. The house was available and ready. The pool heat was amazing!!! Due to the crisis that is going on in the world my flight got rescheduled and I needed to extend my stay and they were more than accomodating. I will definately rebook with this company.

The process was fine easy. The filthy hit tub should have been checked before our arrival. Although someone was sent to work on it it was not useable during the stay. The main tv had a bad 3 way plug. It would not work until we discovered the cause and potential fire hazard. The up guest sink barely drains and should have been reported by the cleaning crew. Lipstick stains on sheets. Our group was all male. No one else was there. I have called the property manager three times to address the hot tub and have not heard back. Disappointing

Enjoyed our stay!

House is clean and well laid out. Pool and hot tub are fantastic. A couple of very minor things, getting live TV to work wasn’t intuitive but we eventually figured it out. The lights in the master bedroom and outside didn’t work when we arrived. We eventually got the lights going in the bedroom but never did figure out the outside. Overall, we would absolutely stay again.

Adequate amenities for family trip (but stay away until you can confirm upstairs railing is fixed)

Recently traveled with extended family with children (ages 2,5 and 10). Booking, check-in process was great. Additional communication with the property management was excellent. There were some concerns and they responded very quickly. The house itself is adequate for a family trip of 8. The kids enjoyed the pool. Pool heat was not an issue. There were lots of towels for both the pool and bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils, bowls plates etc that you would need. There even had some acrylic glassware which was good for drinks in the pool area. The beds were average to poor. They may have been comfortable when they were new back in the day but now they seem worn. I believe all of the adults had comments about a sore back in the morning. Location was average. Close to several grocery stores, restaurants. Could be parked at Disney in under 30 mins. If travelling with young children again I would look for a house that had a small park (slide, swingset) close by. There was a serious safety issue we uncovered which was a little unsettling. The upper level is open to down below -- and there are spindles that go up the stairs and along the one side. Well one of the adults, by chance, felt that one of the spindles was loose. Turns out that 4 spindles in a row were not secured properly. We were able to remove by hand. If you look at your the stairs in your own house -- how much of a gap is there if you remove 4 spindles? Quite sizable and more than enough for a 2 year old to fall through. Needless to say the thought of having a child fall through a 30 inch gap in the railing from the upstairs was not how we wanted to start our week. There was a large dresser that we moved in front of that area of the railing for the duration of our trip. The property manager was great, replied almost immediately and had someone there the next day. They put nails in to secure but it seems like more of a temporary solution. It was not enough of a fix for us to move the dresser. Railing issue, cosmetic issues (lots of cracked floor tiles in kitchen and bathroom), broken drawer in fridge, worn mattresses. Any one of those is not the end of the world but when you add them all up you get a generally worn down house that needs some investment by the property owners. We would not stay here again.

Christmas Vacation 2018

The hot tub and pool were perfect after a day of traveling. The house was exactly as stated it was very spacious and we had a full family of 10. Showers and rooms were all great and the nice part about the location is it’s outside of all the heavy traffic and a good location for food, groceries and fuel. Our family enjoyed the home and we created some great memories together.

Beautiful home!

This was a beautiful spacious home within 15-20 minutes from Disney World. We really enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of room for all of my family. We also had a great time swimming in the pool, getting in the hot tub, and playing air hockey and pool in the den!! This house has so much to offer!

This house was clean and well organized. It was very comfortable.

We had a great time in this house. The grandkids made use of the game room and the pool as often as they could. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was a good size and we fixed an early Thanksgiving dinner there without any difficulty. I would recommend it to anyone. We did not go to Disney but it was easy to get there.
