This three‑bedroom home is perfect for a memorable Central Florida vacation.

The only wow factor to this property is the location and the pool area with the view of the small lake, the lanai is perfect for watching the sunset. The house was a disappointment, we were travelling with a 10 month old and the floors were not clean for him to play on and the high chair provided had seen better days. We had to buy cleaning products.

We had multiple issues at check in and only one was resolved. Communication was ok at first but first mention of offered refund we haven’t heard back. The second bath was leaking water onto bathroom floor and spreading to living room. This caused us to use all towels to dry the mess before spreading in attempt to help save water damage. After further inspection was obvious the water damage had been going for sometime. Rotten moldings, rotten cabinets and attempts to save existing molding. The 3 bed 2 bath cozy retreat was not what myself, wife and 3 teenage daughters signed up for. I made attempts for reconciliation prior to writing this review with no response which obviously left me no choice. Would not recommend and hopefully owner does the right thing and offers some sort of financial relief.
