Host was welcoming and very prompt with responses! Home was great. Exactly as seen in pictures. Perfect location! I do however wish there was another locking option on the front door and back sliding door. The only lock on the front door was linked to the key pad and that felt unsafe. The sliding back door only had a small lock that felt flimsy and not very secure which also felt unsafe.

The room that the home was great. The furniture was worn out and not comfortable at all. Beds very low to ground. The home wasn’t clean baseboards have dirt inch thick and carpets very dirty had to keep socks or shoes on. There was an alarm that goes off in neighborhood thru the night constantly so can’t sleep. Hot tub pool area nice but doesn’t heat up and chairs very dirty outside couldn’t sit in them. No washcloths or hand towels. Stove top not clean .

The stay was great! The house was exactly as advertised, the only downside is the pool that doubles as a hot tub takes all day to warm up. It was unusually cold out for Florida so that could have contributed to it. All in all, great stay and great location. Short drive to all the parks.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The experience would be even better if there was a bit more attention on kitchen utensils. For instance, limited to no mixing bowls, 1 spatula that's meant for the BBQ, not no-stick pans...which are scratched up. That said, house was clean and the location was good. Worth a stay.

Perfect place for the perfect Orlando Vacation

If you are going to the parks with kids and grand, this house will be the perfect place to stay. It is not very close to the parks, but then again, nothing is really close to the Orlando parks. But this house (and this neighborhood) has a plus. It is within walking distance of a Walmart, which makes shopping for your everyday needs a breeze.The house is well equipped and kept, the heated pool/hot tub is great for the kids to spend that last energy in the evening before crashing in bed. Luis was responsive to all our questions and even replaced a broken TV set in the house at our request. Five-star service.

Great stay, perfect for families!

Luis was amazing as far as communication. He answered all of my questions promptly and respectfully. The house is amazing! Perfect size pool/yacuzzi for the little ones or even a couple =) Everything you need in the kitchen. Beautiful neighborhood, very close to everything you need. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend.

My family enjoyed the accommodations. The house was beautifully decorated and spotless.Very close to parks , restaurants and shopping. Will try to stay here again when in Kissimee, Fl. The host had made everything easily accessible. Muy Bueno!

Awesome rental!!!

As a family of 8, including a 7 year old (celebrating her birthday) and 7 month old baby, we enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the overall experience. From the modern day decor, to the relaxing vibe that the patio offered, we were overjoyed by our experience. There was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably and with the current state of our country’s health crisis, the cleanliness of the rental made us feel safe. The only suggestion i have for future renters is to pack garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc. If not, there is a Walmart conveniently located minutes away. One last thing, the garbage disposal took us awhile to locate but it is on the front porch, tucked away in a bin that is almost impossible to miss. :) Enjoy your stay in this incredible rental property. We look forward to returning in the future.
