Not worth the price.

Room had damp musty smell. Told them and they said they would do something but nothing was done. Felt sticky and nasty even after a shower. Definitely not wirth the money to stay there. Room rate crazy expensive for the condition of the room. Expected so much better. They need to take out the carpet and clean out their air conditioners.

It was OK

We stayed there for two nights. It was convenient because it was walking distance to see world and very close to the convention center. The rooms are very outdated and have a musky odor.

I like location of some parks, convenient and safe didn’t like early and late night to much noise because maintenance was cleaning all day leaving trash bag in front my room door - toilet and sink stinking ,little refrigerator liquid water etc this property need some repairs

I stayed at this hotel and honestly, it was disgusting. The room was dirty and dusty, with grime on the walls and smudges the size of baseballs. To make it worse, there was a roach in the room — and not a tiny one. I’m talking the size of a baseball. Completely unacceptable. But the worst part? A man exposed himself during our stay. This is supposed to be a family-friendly hotel connected to SeaWorld. That kind of thing should never happen, especially in a place catering to families with kids.
