The room I was put in was very noisy. Next to a marble hallway and at about 5 am the cleaning staff comes into that area talking wry loudly and banging mops etc. Also, the bathtub floor was sticky.

The staff in front got me checked in very quickly. I was given two freshly cooked cookies. I thought I read that breakfast was free but they wanted $20 for breakfast per person. The sink in room 407 was very slow in going down. The valet person demanded to see our reservation and seemed to try and get me to take valet parking instead of the free parking for a guest.

Room was pretty gross from stains on furniture and nightstands to disguting grout lines. Also, the mildew smell was outta control! I would expect this at a motel 6 but not a doubletree hilton
