We booked this due to a flight cancellation and needed to be close to the airport. This was by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at and was extremely disappointed. When we walked in the floor was filthy, hadn’t been swept or mopped. Dead bugs and debris. Bathroom was the same, dust all inside the cubbies where towels were, multiple hairs on the towels, sink was grimy, shower was disgusting. I don’t think the room had bad cleaned in months. Would never stay again.

Mold and mildew

I honestly don’t know how this hotel had such great reviews (and I’m not saying that with a bad attitude, just honestly a little confused). I’ll start with the good: they have a shuttle from the airport which was convenient, their staff was friendly and make the check in/out process quick, and their breakfast in the morning was a decent spread. Now for the bad: we stayed in a room on the 9th floor and the smell of mildew was incredibly strong upon opening the door. I’m not sure if that is every room or if it was just our room but it was not good for someone allergic to mold. Additionally, the bathroom had a good amount of visible mold especially around the toilet and the faucet in the shower (again, really not good for someone with allergies). The room (at least the one we stayed in) was absolutely not worth 260+ per night.
