To be fair we had a great stay. Before you have to slog though the rest of the review here are the positives: 1. Great Location (5mins from Disney) 2. Well kept and clean villa 3. Comfy Beds 4. Huge fridge freezer great home comforts 5. Internet access & TV 6. Great theming & Vibe However to be clear this property is not affiliated to Margaritiville in any way. At the time of booking we assumed it was, as we have stayed on site before and that villa was affiliated which allows access to the Margaritivlle resort and the pool. That being said, our issue was not with the property itself it was with how it was listed. The villa, hot tub, location and cleanliness was top notch. I do think it could have been highlighted at the time of booking that it is in no way affiliated with the Margaritiville Resort. It depends what you are looking for, if you looking for a nice chill our pad, clean, well kept and convenient this is your place. If you are looking to link up and enjoy the facilities at Margaritiville make sure you book through an affiliated partner e.g. Rentyl which will link you into the resort amenities. The management company did respond quickly and kept us up to date. Sunset walk was also worth a visit around a 15min walk from the villa, nice eats and drinks.

The house was nice. However, the rental advertisement DID NOT NOTE THAT ACCESS TO THE MARGARITAVILLE POOL WAS EXCLUDED. With temps near 90 and no pool access, it ruined the stay. Beware and inquire to avoid disappointment.

Wunderbar. Gerne wieder! Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Alle Elektrogeräte sind wie neu. Die Betten sind ein Traum. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und man ist binnen 20 Minuten mit dem Auto in den Disneyparks. Die Universalparks erreicht man in 35 Minuten. In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige Restaurants für jeden Geschmack. Nach einem langen Tag macht aber auch das kochen im Haus selbst wegen der Ausstattung der Küche Spaß. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Die perfekte Unterkunft. Leider mussten wir nach 8 Tagen weiter, da wir noch nach Miami und den Keys fahren wollen.
