This villa was perfect for our family holiday. We stayed here for 4 weeks and everything was great. Clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and there was even some extras like sugar, coffee, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap and much more, which we didn’t expect. The pool area was clean, spacious and south facing, which was lovely. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. I do think the mattress in the master bedroom needs updating, as it dipped in the middle. But that is the only thing I would say needs replacing. Everything else was great. The Host, Kenny was friendly and quick to respond to my messages. I would recommend this villa to families and would definitely book again. Thank you for a great stay.

This is a fabulous property on a beautiful gated community. Approx 5 minutes to Walmart and 15 to all the Disney parks. The pool and hot tub are fantastic to relax or play in, and the villa has all the amenities you could need during a stay.

Another wonderful month!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with everything you 'll need. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. All the restaurants and stores are very close, but there's no traffic noise at the house. Owner and property manager are very responsive.Home is well equipped and beautifully decorated. We look forward to returning next year.

House seemed clean other than pet air. It said no pet allowed however rugs had dog hair on them. Also we had to complain about the pool being dirty and have them come and clean it. It still seemed dirty in some areas but was useable.

Great community!

I stayed for 3 weeks towards the end of January and early February to work remotely and enjoy warm weather. The gated community is beautiful, a very quiet neighborhood that is large enough to enjoy nice walks. Top notch! The house has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Very clean on the surface, nice furniture, plenty of dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies. Great location near live music and restaurants. Close to Disney, which is what makes the entire area very busy and full of traffic. The only downside was there was no king bed in master suite and a somewhat small bathroom compared to other units I stayed in w no double sink or separate tub. Also I. Noticed the bottom of my socks were black when walking around so a deep clean is needed. And they did not clean pool weekly, like most other properties do. The managing agent was very responsive to our calls relating to a few minor issues which were quickly resolved. Overall I would stay again.

Great Orlando House

Nice 4 bdrm house , not to far from Disney and the other attractions. Heated pool and Hot tub are a must ( extra charge) Great communication with owner .

Great neighborhood close to everything

We have never stayed at a house with our own pool and hot tub - now we are very spoiled! Being able to sit by the pool at any time without worrying about getting a lounge is a luxury for sure. Also, the pics don't show that there are hedges around the lanai, creating privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. There is no highway noise. Just a short drive to all the restaurants, groceries and parks. However, the traffic is heavy due to the parks. I appreciated the French Chef theme and there were many dishes ! I'm giving only 4 stars because we had trouble with the pool and hot tub heat. The timer sticks and we had to be diligent about making sure it turned off. Communication with owner and property manager was good. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We have already booked for next year. Dan & Elaine; Paul and Margie

Nice getaway

The home was very comfortable and spacious for all of us. I would suggest an upgrade to the sofa, which sinks very low, also mattress in the master bedroom. We were there for an extended stay and would stay again. Great location.!

Only complaint was the living room couch and love seat need to be upgraded as they are old and no support in the padding. Cleaners need to look underneath the cushions as well !!! Location was great for purposes and all amenities within the resort was good. Communication with home owner was excellent

This location was extremely beautiful!! The neighborhood is so well maintained. Dreamy. Literally a scene out of a movie. It was a great experience staying here. This property could use minor repairs but it’s nothing that the property manager doesn’t know about and all damages caused by previous stayers. Pool table is for fun ONLY. No serious player need to apply. If you’re choosing this location for the HOT TUB you NEED to pay for the pool heat. The hot tub will not be hot unless you pay for this feature . And warm up time is about 1-1/2 warm up cycles . Start timer and eat, get ready, do whatever or just swim for about 1hr30 minutes before using HOT tub. This indeed gets extremely hot. Water level needs to be high enough also. Add water if low when you arrive. Florida is HOT. Figure out wifi password upon arrive and test on each device. Family never got wifi connected to our own devices. YouTube and stuff on tv in rooms tho. we used our hotspots from phones services. If this is something your family needs. Get this figured out early on. I think they have wifi that only allows ONE single device at a time. This was a great location and everything was PERFECT for a family of five. Great communication from management. Will choose again in future .

Emerald Island 2023

Very nice property on Emerald Island, a lovely gated community. Near to the Disney parks and hwy 192 as well as a Wallmart. Sputh facing pool and hot tub, lanai for shade. Well equipped villa, couldn't ask for anything more.
