Good Afternoon ACO Team, There were a few minor issues, like every remote in the rooms had to be programed or didn't work on the TV. The floors and carpet could have been cleaned better; there was a very large stain on the carpet and hair in the tub in the suite near the pool. Internet was down for an hour. The sockets in the kitchen was not working, I reset the breaker,and that made them work. The games downstairs didn't work (the basketball game). Also, we were freezing not knowing that we could adjust the temperature; silly me....Some homes that I've rented have their control set. So we requested blankets, but they are not provided. No wash cloths and only 2 large towels and 2 hand towels per room. The communication was via text and the response time was great! I would give this a 5 star, solving the issue? Well, issues were not solved. Pool needed cleaning, that issue was solved quickly.
Nevertheless, with all the inconvenience, we enjoyed the home.I would like to request a booking for next year, about 3 houses 🏘. Thank you and see you guys next year. Please make sure the issues are solved. Thank you.
