Perfect Large Family Gathering

We had 9 people for our stay, so the elderly grandparent and each couple had their own king size bedroom and bathroom. Everyone was very comfortable with the arrangements and we particularly enjoyed being able to all sit around one large table for meals and the double dishwashers made for easy clean up. Communication was excellent and timely with the management group throughout. Highly recommended. We may return with two more family members in the future.

Great Location

The house is in a great location and close to everything you will need .It has two rooms to keep kids occupied . The beds are comfortable . It is close to Disney parks and shopping areas . The pool was really clean . The only thing negative is you don’t have privacy sitting in the living room . The doors leading to pool area in the living room doesn’t have curtains that cover it .So people can look in you villa all day and night. The actual pool looks as pictured but it doesnt have all the seating and cushions . There’s about 3 metal lounge chairs and no cushions. No wooden chairs and blue cushions like in the picture
I will be stayin here again. Very nice for the price

Everything perfect except for lack of towels.

The only issue we had with property was lack of sufficient towels for a stay of more than a week. There was one or two towels per person depending on room. That required constant laundry. There were also no towels or potholders in kitchen. For first few days we used hand towels from bathroom but eventually bought kitchen towels and potholders which we left behind for the next guests.

Great stay!

Great location and it was great to be able to chat with property managers on WhatsApp. Only complaint was that when we got there there was trash in our garbage cans (not bagged) and therefor was never emptied out. I did notify them but they never came and emptied all of it. We put all our garbage in bags like asked. We had a lot of issues with wifi for the majority of the trip. First no connection when connecting to the router and then when things were fixed it said we had Internet but nothing would load on phones or laptops which was tough since it was a work retreat I hosted for my staff making work challenging. Other than that everything was great - awesome pool, lots of kitchen stuff, plates etc so it is great for a big group where you dont have to wash a plate everytime to have enough! Would definitely come back again

Very nice, spacious, and great home.

The house was amazing for our spring break. The owners were great at responding fast and providing us with a great experience. There were a few broken things in the house when we arrived, but the owners were made aware beforehand and requested to fix it during our stay. I highly recommend that if you stay at this house to bring your own towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and beach towels. You do not want to leave a stain on any of the linens they provide. You will get charged for stained linens, but with that it still was an amazing house. I highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Great house but missing basics

Booked this trip for a friends golf trip. Great house, easy to communicate with manager and they responded quickly to any questions which is great. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is this is our 13th doing this trip. We have stayed at 12 previous residence all over the US and always included are cleaning basics broom and dustpan / cleaning spray / more than 1 extra trash bag etc. We did have a travel sized dish soap / 2 dishwasher pods / 1 roll of paper towels / 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We also had no cooking basic (basic spices 
 salt & pepper being the biggest / coffee filter etc). Also, the internet was nonexistent. We all just used our phone data the whole time. We would have tried to reset it but the router and modem were nowhere to be found. I realize the value in the price of this property but I would have rather paired more to have the basic things I have just come to expect instead of having to go back to the grocery store after already stopping on our way from the airport. We did buy all these things and leave them so hopefully the next person to book will get to enjoy a bit less hassle upon arrival than we did.

Beware of any rental properties by ACO vacations homes! They are not on your side! No matter what proof you have to show any issues with their property, they will claim issues are fixed when in fact they are not! They take days to send out techs. We had several issues at this property that they failed to resolve. We were in this house for 6 days and the thermostat never went below 76 degrees and shot up to as high as 83 degrees. We got to the property and the pool was disgusting. The pool people came at 6/7am the next day to clean it without our knowledge and scared the living daylights out my grandmother who is 70 years old and was sitting in the patio enjoying her breakfast until these random people came walking in the backyard. They did not send an AC technician until the third day we were there so already half of our vacation was spent sweating in 100 degree humid weather in Florida. Their resolve was to close vents in non used areas to “try” and get the air to flow properly to more used areas. The issue was never resolved and we spent the next 3 days still sweating despite our efforts begging for the issue to be resolved. They made us out like liars even with pictures of the thermostat to prove the temperature throughout the home. The dishwasher was leaking all over the floor. We hand washed our dishes to avoid anymore trouble with that. The TV was not connecting to the internet. There was no toiletries despite what their website says so please bring your own toiletries.

Beautiful location, Disastrous Experience - A Warning

Despite the promising start, our stay quickly turned into a nightmare due to a litany of issues that the management team failed to address adequately. From start to finish, our vacation was marred by a series of infuriating and disappointing issues. First and foremost, the AC was broken and our plea for assistance fell on deaf ears. Despite daily requests to the mgmt team, the temperature never dropped below a 79-80 degrees. This made our stay uncomfortable and unbearable, turning what was meant to be a relaxing vacation into a sweaty and miserable experience. Furthermore, the pool pump was also malfunctioning, leaving the pool unusable for the duration of our stay. It was only replaced on the day we checked out, rendering the advertised pool amenity useless and denying us a key aspect of our vacation enjoyment. To add insult to injury, the appliances were a complete disaster. The fridge and oven both failed to function properly, making meal preparation a constant struggle. This was far from the hassle-free vacation we had hoped for. Throughout our stay, our attempts to address these issues with the management team resulted in temporary fixes that did little to alleviate the problems. It became clear that the management's priorities did not align with ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for their guests. while the location and layout of this rental held immense promise, the litany of problems we encountered cannot be overlooked

Spring Break

Comfortable place to stay with a large group. Each couple was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom for privacy. Nice neighborhood with gas station and grocery store close by. Pool area was nice for relaxing. We would stay again.

Ok, but could use some improvements.

Overall this place is okay. The patio furniture in the pictures is not what is there. We had problems with the internet and called 3 times, but it was never resolved. Items you would normally expect in a VRBO were very limited or unavailable. For example, only 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher soap pod, bath soap was a joke, just a sliver of soap, 1 clothes washer pod, and no extra paper towels or rolls of TP.

We chose this property because of the backyard, pool area. The property’s backyard looks nothing like the pictures which was extremely disappointing! It’s not the nice wood furniture with cousins. Instead it’s cheap aluminum table & chairs, 2 out of the 4 cheap loungers were broken, there is not couch seating area like shown in the picture, nor is there a circle swing lounger. We paid for the pool to be heated and it wasn’t. After calling for 4 days straight the pool finally got heated for our last day there. The hot tub never was at hot tub temp, it stayed whatever the pool temp was. The 2 ridiculous trash bags they provided were the super thin cheap ones that were useless! The miniature sponge and watered down soap in a travel bottle to clean dishes was a joke! I would not recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay here! Great location. Lots of space. Loved the pool and good communication with the owner. Just make sure to bring household supplies including hand soap as they only provide starter kits.

Was able to book an extra day before and after from my original booking with no issue late minute. Fit 18 people comfortably and everybody was able to have parking. House was super clean and accessible to highways and food stores. Would definitely recommend

Great place to stay, but beware of possible charges.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. The pool was a huge asset as was the many rooms. The kids could play and the adults could work if needed. However, the owner has a sign on the door saying that they expect normal wear and tear. We didn't pull the beds apart or unroll the towels to look for stains on our arrival, however, we thought we'd help out by doing laundry and remaking the beds when we left. (Don't bother) We ended up being charged for stains that were already on the linens and for a trash can that was cracked when we arrived but didn't report. The lesson is, if you stay here document and report everything even if you think it is normal wear and tear, or you may have a surprise charge when you check out.

Close to perfect stay

Don't know if the pool had a water heater, but we could find it. Otherwise I would return to this property. It's well kept clean, beautiful and very secure and safe.
