The house is very well kept and very clean. Not very well stocked. Had no hotpads, we donated some. Couldn't find the pool towels....we donated some. Would have been nice to use the grill, but had to pay extra. Could have used more glassware and dishes. Overall, nice location, clean house, but just needed some extras!!!!

Property was nice, clean, well stocked. However, the property manager did not warn about a very aggressive HOA towing danger. My impression is that the HOA is not pro-vacation renters. It was clear from signage and instructions to not park on the street, but at 11 pm I almost had my car towed because allegedly minivan was not all the way pulled up into the drive way. It was not in the street at all. Without warning, or providing any photo evidence to support their reason for towing, I was forced to pay 130 to get the tow truck driver to release my car. Otherwise he was towing it to his yard. Tow truck driver (hired by HOA) by was wearing a tactical military vest. Appeared to be armed. I contacted property manager following the incident. They responded by saying they provided warnings in the parking instructions emailed to renters. I asked them to show me the written warning they provided. That writing said don't park on the street and/or "crosswalks." Crosswalks are defined as marked pedestrian crossings. I was parked well within the boundaries of the driveway and not in the street. I felt scammed. Property manager said there was nothing he could do. He suggested I argue with the clubhouse manager. No signs in the rental home warned of this "HOA procedure." Lots of signs about other topics such as: don't touch this and don't touch that. Never found clear guidance written anywhere. Buyer beware. Would not stay again due to the cavalier attitude of property manager and HOA.

We had an enjoyable time at the property. We had check in information that made arriving to and access to the property a smooth process. The house was super clean and the perfect size for our family. The pool was also very clean and clear daily. The temperature in the house was also good. The parking fits atleast 4 cars which was nice and the community was clean and quiet. Overall we would stay here again.

Awesome property'

The property sits in a beautiful gated community. The house never disappoints . Close to all attractions and food . Always clean and well taken care of . This is our 3rd stay and will be back .

Loved it!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—just a short drive to Disney, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. After long, busy days at the parks, it was such a relief to come back to a quiet, comfortable home where we could truly relax and escape the crowds. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both convenience and serenity during their Orlando trip!

Amazing Villa. Perfect location.

The Villa was absolutely superb! It was clean, tidy, and everything you'd expect from a villa in a gated community like this one. The check in/out process was as easy as can be, with great communication from the host about door codes. There is also plenty of information dotted around the villa to help with any questions you may have. Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it was a true, 'home' away from home. We highly recommend this property, because of it's location in Kissimmee. Right of the 192, and only 20/30 minutes from all the shopping malls and parks. I will definitely be looking to stay here again when we return to Florida.

Family Vacation

The house was in a gated quiet neighborhood. The house was clean we didn’t have any issues with the home. The kids loved the pool they didn’t want to get out. The home was up the street from Walmart and food places. I would definitely come back and stay at this home. The host answered any questions I may had in a timely manner. I recommend staying at this beautiful home.

Marching band vacation

We had the most wonderful time. There were 5 adults and 1 child and it could not have been any better for our group. Close to where our kids were at Disney with their marching band . I have another grandchild who will be doing this and we will try to get the same place! Thanks for everything!

Great place to stay

Stayed here for a golf trip. Weather might not have cooperated, but the house was great and gave us an awesome place to wait out the rain. Very convenient to have a full bath in every bedroom.

Great vacation house!

The property was clean and laid out really well. 4 bedroom with attached baths. Pool area was nice. We got the pool heated and it worked out well. Comfortable living room furniture and lots of tv stations. Outside trash receptacle could not be secured, so the raccoons got in and we woke up to trash all over the yard. Luckily a Walmart nearby, so we had to go get more trash bags as we were packing up to leave. Could have been very chaotic if you were pressed for time. Great communication with the owners. Pool table was a big hit with our family! We would stay again if ever in the area
