Very disappointed electorate was broken. I have a medical condition. Had to walk up 19 steps to the second floor. No one offered to help with bags. Will near stay there again. Staff was not helpful.

The only hotel I have arrived and there is no one at reception to attend to the guests, I arrived at 2 in the morning after driving hours with 2 small children and thinking that I was going to have the room for which I paid, because there was only a sign that asked me to dial the 0 on a phone that was there so that they could attend me, after 40 minutes of dialing and no one answered, I had to go to another hotel

Staff was nice and helpful BUT THE REST WAS AWFUL !! The 1st room they gave us smelled like cigarettes and we found cockroaches in the cabinets under the sink. We asked for another room and the desk clerk was very nice and gave us another room on the 2nd floor. I'm disabled so I need the elevator but the door was opening extremely slow and erratic. The desk clerk told us that they knew it was getting stuck and that it had been reported already. They had to pull the door open for an old lady on the 4th floor because she was stuck inside when the door wouldn't open enough for her to walk out. I wasn't willing to risk getting stuck so we left and went to another hotel.

Our room was very poor condition, that was a mistake stay there, not recommended for anyone. We found lots bags in the room, many cockroachs , the shower was too old ,vanity fallen apart, broken blind in the window,very disappointing stay.

What a dump My room was ok Someome on the 4th fl had cocktoaches crawling across the bed Elevator run down I would rate this place a few steps lower than in a condo lodge or an old travel lodge The only good thing was, I could get a room nearby where I needed to go Also, the office is closed at leave 9 o’clock at night and wasn’t even open but I left at nine this morning

It was great except when I laid down to watch a bit of television and come to find out the remote control did not work so I had to get up to change channels from tv and also to turn off once I was ready to sleep.

The hotel's only positive aspects are its customer service and the convenience of having a laundry room. However, the overall condition of the hotel is poor. The rooms are dirty and run-down, with filthy floors and strands of hair scattered around. The bedsheets also had multiple strands of hair on them. The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, leading to high moisture levels in the room and making it hard to breathe. Trash removal and room services are not provided. Guests must bring their dirty linen and towels to the staff for exchange. Toiletries are also not provided. It appears that this hotel primarily serves as shelter for local homeless people or families.
