I was unable to stay here. I went to front desk to check into my room, but, The not so nice obese lady at the front desk told me im not welcome to stay there anymore due to a felony on my record from 2017. Keep in mind, I've been staying at this location for over ten years when i come into town for work. I've never known a hotel to do background checks on guests after they reserve and pay for their stay. I do not recommend staying here at this hotel.
My fiance and I out on the street after being rejected by Extended Stay.

The stay was mostly uneventful beginning with Vanessa being so kind and professional to assist me with my late check-in. The non smoking room was clean, and towels sufficient. The apartment sized refrigerator was extremely clean and no foul odors. The one problem I had was on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 the day I was to attend my daughter’s Graduation I was going to shower and there was NO WATER in the entire hotel. In a panic I called the front desk and was informed there was work being done on the water lines, and that there was a note put up the day before that water would be shut off between 11am and 3pm. However, I was not there the day before, and when I checked in that night it wasn’t mentioned there wouldn’t be water, and there was no sign visible in the open or in the room. This caused me a great deal of stress, and I had to scramble reaching out to someone so that I could shower. I almost missed my daughter’s very important event. The Staff also could or should have called me before my arrival and assisted me in getting another hotel due to whatever issues they knew they had to repair. That was basically an entire day gone to waste. Management told me to contact Expedia to assist me with this issue.

The hotel has roaches and the manager lied about it in her report after I made her aware. The woman at the front desk informed me that the hotel has issues with roaches because people live there and everybody is not clean. The lady told me she could give me roach bait, which I never received. I asked her if they could compensate with a free night, and then I was told she would speak with the manager for a voucher to use but it would have to be for a different location. However, the manager claims she checked the room and didn't see any roaches. I will be emailing a video, and pictures that I took, and I also called Expedia and sent them a picture of the roaches I saw. The room was clean though and the ONLY issue I had was not being able to sleep because of the obvious bug issues.The manager should be fired for lying on a document.
