We stayed at Fairfield in Orlando over the 4th of July weekend and had a great experience! Despite some reviews mentioning parking issues, we had no trouble at all. The hotel was super clean, in a very safe area, and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants. It was perfect for our family getaway!

Not my average experience

My stay was not a pleasant experience. I booked a king bed with sofa bed as i eas traveling with my kids. Upon arrival. They gave me a king room which reeked of cleaning products and smoker. The bathroom light also did not work. I went to the desk to swap rooms only to be told they were oversold for the night. I asked for lysol and a roll away bed. That never came. After another 30min went by, i went back to the front desk .. the gentleman was fed up looking for someone to get me what i needed. Eventually, he looked up another room which happen to be the room i originally requested. It took all of two hours for the run around.

very clean property. The staff was very helpful. Any request had, we were helped immediately. Breakfast was very good for being free. The Mickey waffles were a hit. The milk cartons run out quickly as it seems people take extras! The pool was spacious and shaded after lunch. I would definitely stay here again!

In general, the facilities looked clean and well-maintained but it's noceatible that some of the rooms looked more worn down. The room has good sound insulation (we can't hear the noises from our neighbors) but we did get disturbed by the noises from the hallway, especially in the morning. We enjoyed the free breakfast and shuttle service (with fixed hours - not the most convenient option if you want to get the most out of the themed parks), the gym was small but it worked for what we needed. A problem we encountered in our last night of stay is that we unexpedly found a cockroach on the floor. However, the staff was super responsive and helped us move to another room while they take care of it. We probably won't come back again due to bug concern but overall it was not a bad experience.

Best place to stay when at Disney World.

This will be my go to spot whenever we go to Disney World. We are pass holders so it will be often. Very close to the parks and the customer service is the best by far. Manager Veronica was amazing and so accommodating, friendly and personable. Breakfast was yummy.
