House is beautifully and tastefully decorated, with all the rooms being as pictured. The Playstation and air hockey tables were appreciated and well used by the children in our party. Two minor issues that were easily rectified: the step pedal on the kitchen trashcan was broken, so we had to step on the metal piece that remained. It was uncomfortable because a lot of pressure had to be applied, so I mentioned it to the property manager. They immediately replied and offered to replace it same day or when I checked out, my choice; I asked for same day. After returning from an outing a few hours later, the new can was at our door as promised!The other thing that I failed to mention only because I quickly figured it out, was that the login for the wifi was incorrect, both in my check-in messages on vrbo and on a sheet next to the router. The correct info can be found on the back of the router, but for someone visiting who wouldn't think to read the details on the provided sheet at the house, it could've been a rather annoying. If the team is as responsive with the vrbo feedback as they were with my personal messages, I trust they will get this rectified.Overall, we had a very wonderful visit. The pool and patio were clean and the clubhouse amenities were such great bonus fun at no additional cost! Will definitely look to book this house again next time I'm looking to stay near Orlando.

House was beautiful, but it was not clean thoroughly. The couch was worn out and dirty with several stains and all the feathers were coming out the pillows. The security guards were very rude when trying to enter the gate, having registered guest wait in line with unregistered guest, causing long lines of traffic. I would book with Windsor Lake Resort again, but not this particular property until updates have been made.

Really nice stay!

We had a wonderful time! Everything was clean, and we enjoyed the pool and all the amenities of the neighborhood. The best part for us was the option to do the early check-in. Having that option when traveling with a little one made a huge difference! We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the pool area and the decorations in the kids room. Everyone in our party was pleased, so I would recommend this property to others!

Wonderfully managed home with great amenities

This house was perfect for 2 families. I appreciated the layout of the home and all the space available. It was very well stocked for kitchen dishes, pots, pans, utensils. It was also well stocked for linens and pool towels. There was a bathroom for every bedroom and a toilet on the main floor just inside the patio. Laundry on site made it easy for us. Pool was a good size. If you are looking at properties, and you have kids, I was happy that we didn't select one that had the 'hot tub'. The neighbors had one, and it took up too much space for the kids to play and its the same water as the pool. The heat we requested was on when we arrived. I would have liked the option to adjust the temperature while we were there as some days it was hot, but I think overall, glad it wasn't cold. The pool deck area was fully enclosed, no bugs, good size table for eating. One suggestion is to have 8 outdoor chairs (to match the indoor dining table), but this was great in comparison to other properties we've been to. Inside all of the beds were well sized and met the needs of our stay. There were TVs in every room including the outdoor patio and you were able to log into your media platforms. There was a gaming room upstairs that was a nice bonus for the kids. I would recommend this property stay here in the future. The property management company was very prompt to respond to questions and friendly. Remember to bring: tea towels, extra dishwasher tabs & garbage bags 2 there.

Loved the house

It was hot outside was alittle disappointed this house didnt have any ceiling fans in the whole place especially outside. But we enjoyed ourselves anyways. One other thing which i know is not in your control but the parking, some people pack so many cars in one driveway fill that up and then park on the street or even the corner of the turn. Was jist inconvenient when leaving and coming back in.

HOME SWEET HOME

This house was “EPIC”. We had a few hiccups with the flight arrangements. However, when we arrived at the house, it made all of us feel very HAPPY and EXCITED. Everything was perfect just like the photos. The communication and questions I asked between the HOST and I were always punctual and answered. Amazing Stay!

I need to start out by saying this has been my favorite VRBO finding so far! We love using this site when on vacation and I usually am good at finding the awesome spots and this one didn’t disappoint! SO clean, so beautiful and so luxurious feeling which is just what you want when staying on vacation! The home itself had everything we could have needed (tons of towels and all necessities like kitchen items) The themed rooms were such a hit for my 4 and 6 year olds and they loved the gaming room upstairs as well! We paid to hear the pool for the week and it was so refreshing! The tv outside was a nice touch to listen to music during the day swims and watch movies for night swims! I truly can’t say enough great things about the home! Trust me when I say it has what you’re looking for! Now I have to brag on the resort! An amazing water park, lazy River and beautiful pool that was all heated seasonally appropriate and felt SO good! We have stayed at another FL resort that didn’t have any heated water areas and it was so cold. Not here! It was beautiful! Two pool bars and a restaurant at the water park that was delicious! The kiddos got nightly virgin daiquiris.😎 Also included are free putt putt golf, arcade, basketball, corn hole, volleyball, basketball and a fire pit all next to the water park! One last thing is the responsiveness of the management of these homes. Every time I emailed with a question they were very quick to answer and always so helpful! 10/10🌟
