Good enough, I guess. Don't expect too much.
Well, let's start with the good. The room was clean and the water park was fine. Our seven year old had a blast!
The ok: It's not something that should be charged a "resort fee" for when it says it's included in the description. They seemed to change their working hours whenever they felt like it, so it was hard to know when the slides were going to be available.
The bad: this place needs a lot of help. I wake up well before my family and want to eat when I wake up. They offer breakfast tickets - 1 per ROOM, per day. 1 per person would be better, so I can eat when I'm hungry. Better yet, just do away with the tickets. Second, that breakfast was terrible and I would have been very angry if we had to pay their exhorbitant buffet fee.
There is no pool table. Don't offer a video game room if the video games aren't set up to be played. Everything in the rooms needs to be updated. My bathtub ran (not just a drip) the entire time we were there. The ceiling in the dining room was leaking. The grounds were not maintained. I looked at a cookie at the top of the steps for three nights. I saw the same blue gatorade bottle on a picnic table for our entire stay. One tiny garbage can in the room, no convenient outlets. The staff probably need to be treated better and paid a little more, because they all seemed like they hated their job.
