Rooms are very dated. Avoid the second floor rooms which have concrete walls instead of railings on the balcony. Also resort shuttles need to run longer hours and the resort could really use a basketball and tennis courts.

This was my son’s first time to Orlando !!We decided to go for my 45th Birthday. We currently live in NC so when looking for places to stay two things I needed was first a pet friendly place for my dogs and second enough space for us all to enjoy cooking, sleeping etc. This resort was perfect!!! Heated pools, great food and drinks. Everything that we needed was in one area with plenty to do. We really enjoyed our stay and the privacy we needed to relax with our family. Staff was friendly and all around perfect. We definitely will be back again !!

I booked a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms did not work. We contacted the front desk and were advised that maintenance was not available until the morning. The lamps in the room were old and broken. We requested towels which was advised we needed to pick the towels up from the front desk in a different building. I will never stay at this resort again.

The room feels like a shell that is poorly maintained. It may look okay on the surface but half the outlets didn't work, the wifi was absolutely terrible( barely would load a video or website), there were signs of prior flood damage on cabinets with no attempt to replace, and the rubber under the door was missing leaving a 1/2 inch gap on the first floor unit. We requested them to fix and did not hear anything after an entire day. In a city full of great options this is just not it. We left after the first day and they agreed to a full refund.

We had a wonderful time at Floridays! Everything we needed was there. We especially appreciate the amazing hardworking staff at the Palm Cafe! We had coffee and breakfast with our kids every morning. The pool area was so relaxing. After our busy adventures at Disney and Universal it was nice to come back to a spacious and relaxing room.

There were a lot of little things that could have been better regarding the room. Each room had fans, but all of them make noise and needed to be rebalanced. The fridge was very noizy. There was a hole in the wall in the hallway. It took a long time for clothing to dry in the drier. There were overall cleanliness issue. We found dirty feet marks in the tub, food stains on the kitchen counter, trash can had food at the bottom and dried fruit drink on the sides which made the trash bag stick. The bed was also rock hard on one side and the box spring squeaked a lot which made it difficult to “do” stuff incognito. Staff response time was hit or miss. We were also placed in building “F” which is the farthest away from everything and there were not direct walking paths from our building to either of the pools. Gym was small and cramped, no dumbbells. We also got a bad check-in person, they didn’t go into details about amenities, ask for input to personalize our stay or explain when our rooms would be turned\cleaned etc. Main pool was nice, food was good and exceeded our expectations.
