Pool was very enjoyable! There is a small tare in the screen outside but even still there were little to no bees/bugs inside the pool area. The home was very clean and presentable and the home was very spacious. We had a fantastic time and would stay here again!

House was clean and communication with the owner was excellent. We paid to have the pool heated to 82 and paid 210 for the week, but had to have them come out to turn hot tub up which was only 93. In order for the hot tub to be hot the pool had to be the same temperature. So the pool and hot tub stayed at 102-104. So needless to say the kids did not like the pool. The listing is mis leading. They don’t not have a hot tub and a pool they have a pool or a hot tub. They will say they have a hot tub in the house. That is not true they have a sitting tub that is very nice but it has no jets and could not be considered a hot tub. All in all nice house but just know the facts before you book!

Cracked tile throughout. Something black looked like mold in one tub. Walls are stained in areas. Fan in one bathroom doesnt work. Tv remote in living room had a gross stain on it. Couch was hard as a rock. Neighbors were cramped on both sides. No privacy outside. Noisy. I do not recommend until they do some cleaning and updating. A privacy fence would do wonders in the back.

Upon entry it looked and smelled clean.We didn't have internet when we arrived.Technician showed up 30 min after we got to the house with no notice given to us.Tech was asking us where equipment was located and we didn't have answers.Was fixed after an hour.Tv doesn't work without internet as a fyi.Spotty phone service at the house so it was hard to contact host when the wifi was down. Listing says that the pool would not be heated unless to pay daily. Fine i understand that.However the listening also said that a hot tub was included.Its a whirlpool connected to the pool that wont be hot unless you pay to heat the pool.It says nothing about that in the listing.When i addressed my issue with this they told me that thats not the hot tub and that the hot tub was in the bathroom.Its an oversized bath tub.If you pay for the hot tub it only gets to max 95 degrees.And no one would ever call a bath tub a hot tub. When cooking dinner there were only very small pans to use unless you want to use.Very hard to cook for more than 2 people.When i addressed this they said they only provide the basics.I bought a square pan do people can cook meat for dinner.There were no cutting boards either.No wonder the counters are in bad shape. Also bought those for people to use. The bathrooms need to be seriously scrubbed. Beds are hard. Missing pillowcases.Very undecorated. Missing grout on tile. Manager was very rude. Wifi was down multiple times.1 roll of tp per bathroom for a wk. Not happy.

The beds were a bit firm, some family members did not care for the firmness. The drive way does have a pretty big crack and it moves when driven over - the rental van we had seemed to have a bit of difficulty driving over it. They did also only supply one towel per person but there were plenty of pool towels provided. Also, the kitchen sink handle seems to be broken and the ice machine on the fridge needs repaired. There's also no additional blankets. The pool is very nice and was well heated and the house is very clean. The host responds to questions quickly and check in was easy. The guards at the gate were very friendly and it's a quick 30 min drive to universal and 20 min drive to Disney. The surrounded neighborhood has plenty of food and activities as well. Overall, would stay here again.

The host was very responsive when we had a issue. The house was nice. Only had one pool stick for pool table that was usable and it wasnt in great condition. Thats a minor complaint though. What is weird is that you are not supplied any wash rags to shower with so you either have to buy your own or bring some from home. I travel a lot, rented a lot of homes/condos etc and have never had that happen. Beds are also very firm. That didnt bother me but some of our family did not like the beds and stated they were to hard. Just be aware they are very very firm beds in case you cant sleep on that.

This property was good size for 7 of us. the attendant Maria was prompt to respond we just kept missing each other. we were gone all day and busy so she would respond and we wouldn't get it til night. I think this is fairly new listing and I would recommend it, they were good to work with. we were 20 minutes from universal where we spent the week, (go the back roads), and you miss traffic. we didnt spend much time here. exhausted, slept, left the next morning early, but everything seemed to be available that we needed. so much space that the 7 of us had no problem with our own space. two living rooms. two dining rooms. the pool. the neighborhood is a good walking area too, you can walk to the community center. very nice gentleman and manager there too. the only thing i would recommend is a little brighter lighting in the rooms. I'm used to bright lights and there really is only lamps.

Great Accommodations!

We had a great stay at your house. Thoroughly loved the pool. The house sits very close to Disney, Universal and Seaworld. We even mase it to Busch Gardens in Tampa.Very clean, very well maintained
