Everything was good after we got to the hotel. However, before we got to the hotel, via the free shuttle from MCO to Hampton Inn, it was horrible. Shuttles for every other hotel were showing up frequently, meanwhile Hampton Inn you need to call in, which can be understandable. The wait was a full hour before we knew that. When we called it took 45 min for them to arrive. The driver did not help us with our 2 luggage’s. Instead he helped every single other person after us. With my spouse and I being the only 2 people of color on this shuttle. It felt somewhat racially motivated. It was an eerie feel for us that we did not appreciate. This was our experience, take heed.
