The lady in the afternoon was 5he best. The puerto rican lady forgot her name. Had a little problem with the tub and she took carebof it. Overall for the price it was ok

The staff were very nice. Hotel very clean. Breakfast was great. The only issue is they need new mattress for there pull put beds for the amount you pay for room.Over all great stay. Will use them again.

Very nice and clean hotel. Conveniently located only 3 minutes from Universal and was able to take an UBER to Universal for less than $10 on the way there. Just a tip. If you UBER on the way back it will be $40 from the actual park so we walked outside of the “surge zone” through the bus exit and called an UBER for only $10 again. The breakfast area is huge and the rooms are very nice! Great hotel!
