My requirements for a hotel room is that it's quiet and clean. The place is usually quiet at night (occasionally there will be a parent yelling at a kid to stop running that can be heard). The AC isn't too loud (I've stayed at some place where it sounds like a leaf blower in the room), and I couldn't hear noises from adjoining rooms.
There were some housekeeping issues, but the staff were quick to address them and made sure that I was happy with the service. There's a notice at check-in that housekeeping is every other day, but can be increased to daily if needed/desired. I was okay with the normal service frequency.
The TV uses a streaming platform (in-house, sort of like Roku) and for special platforms you'll need to log-in. The "over the air" channels are listed alphabetically, so searching is easy, but time consuming (no way to plug in the channel number). This does mean that when there's a glitch in the internet service, the screen will freeze. It ended up being easier for me to stream my shows through my iPad.
The location is conveniently located near restaurants, shops and 24 hour convenience stores. About 30 minutes way from the amusement parks and an hour from KSC (for those visiting and hoping to see rocket launches).
