DISAPPOINTED
VERY DISAPPOINTED in our stay. Luckily, we only stayed 3 nights and spent most of our time out of the house. The house is not as pictured. The themed bedrooms are the best part even though the wall paper is peeling off the walls. There was zero attention to detail in building/ designing this house. Very basic sloppy craftsmanship throughout the entire home. The kitchen has the bare minimum. No dish towel, no oven mitts, no coffee filters for the coffee maker. Pool table and air hockey table have a lot wear and tear. PlayStation doesn’t work. The pool and patio are much smaller than pictured. There is now a child safety fence up. There is absolutely no privacy in the backyard. There was an overpowering perfume smell throughout the whole house when we arrived. It must have been a cleaning product used before we got there. It was very strong and unpleasant. The entire resort doesn’t have much character. The littering around the re The littering around the resort is awful. The amount of plastic bags and wrappers all along the side walks and in the landscaping was unbelievable. The clubhouse pool seems smaller than pictured. The water was cold on water slides, lazy river and splash pad. The parking on the street is horrible. Other reviews said the check in process was also horrible and security was rude. I’m shocked we didn’t experience this. And the cherry on top, I found COCKROACHES on the day we left.
