The HI Express is everything I like about a hotel and the team did a fantastic job. From checking in, to dinner recommendations, to the cleanliness of the room and a great shower experience - after a long day of golfing. The breakfast was awesome, as expected, and left our bellies full for the drive back to the Treasure Coast. Thanks to the entire team!

I just want to thank you for the great experience that me and my daughters had, we were very pleased with the help that we got from the gentlemen at the front desk, he help me check in at 8:30 AM on 06/28/2025 even though our room was not ready until the afternoon, but he did that for us in order to get the shuttle for Universal Studios, he was the same gentleman that helped me check out next morning and with a big smile saying thank you for staying with us, will are glad we stay there and it will be a pleasure to return again and recommend this hotel for my family and friends.

Great customer service and front office were very helpful with information on public transit and theme park tickets, etc. Rooms cleaned, new towels and bed sheets provided everyday. Breakfast was on point and hotel employees were very polite and courteous. The only down part about the hotel is elevator runs very slow than usual and recommend the cleaners and maintenance should have a separate elevator to transport their room supplies back and forth daily. Everything else was amazing!!
