A Great value for money pit stop

Great hotel for a quick turnaround. Excellent location easy to get to from the airport and plenty of transportation options when you stay, right in the heart of international drive. Emmie and Greg the two receptionists I had most interaction with were professional and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable which was most appreciated!

Room was clean and well stocked. Beds were ok not really comfortable to sleep in. Staff was pleasent but there was a delay in checking in and checking out. Having two staff at the front would definitely help the load. Wifi was accessible and the facilities overall was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. Felt the parking fee was unnecessary.

Breakfast offering varied per day. Bacon not served every day. Some Gluten Free options. Good public transport links to Universal City Walk. Hotel Shuttle often arrived late and full of passengers so lack of seats available. Rooms clean but not very modern. Water not very hot so having a hot bath was not an option.

Fair price. Rooms are extra clean and comfortable.Almost like new. Well cared for room with spotless bathroom. Nothing to gross me out. Full cable TV services (50+ channels). Embroidered labels on the pillow cases for 'soft' and 'hard' pillow options. 6 pillows per bed. Breakfast options were excellent, including fresh pancake maker, Greek yogurts, cereal bar, sausage, turkey sausage, bacon, eggs, cheese omelette, and more. Great location with excellent restaurants within walking distance. 24-hour Walgreens 2 mins by car. Stay here.
