This was a horrible the elevator was not working we had to take toddlers and infants up 5 flights of stairs. The Waterpark is outdated the outside area is dirty and smells like dog and urine.

Place was fine, there is this leak near Building 14 and 6 by the HR room that needs to be checked on the wall by a valve as it's always wet there. Check in is not where the map says it is and is actually in the marketplace area which just makes checking in a bit annoying as the parking over there is much worse. The room is good and the water area is really fun.

The room was clean but drainage in the sinks and shower were not good. Pool area was really nice but there were a lot of debris in the pools and pool deck area. The staff had some kids games on Friday afternoon which was nice. Overall not bad but definitely could have been better.

I don’t know how this place has even one star. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. There is a fully moldy, green towel up on the top of the water slide. Only two slides are not broken. When we arrived we had to wait for security to let us in to our room, which took an additional hour. There were no towels for anybody at the pool, they “ran out”. Kids were running around the pool deck and slamming into other kids. There was mold on a ton of the seats. Trash EVERYWHERE!!! Spilled drinks all over the place! We couldn’t take our shoes off on the pool deck because it was so dirty and sticky and rocky. Definitely disgusting and I regret booking here. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL

The worst experience I’ve had in Orlando and I have been there more than 20 times! Where do I start… The second room didn’t have a door, the elevators didn’t work, the property was under renovation or construction, there’s wasn’t a proper lobby or it was closed most of the day, the vending machines didn’t have any product to sell, there wasn’t carts to bring your luggage in or out, the personnel didn’t have any solution or try to make the stay more pleasant, you cannot even get water in the freaking hotel… very disappointed and not even the pictures reflect what the room looks like… I would never even think of staying there ever again!

⸻ ⭐️ 2/5 – Disappointing Stay at Holiday Inn Waterpark Orlando I was really disappointed with my stay at the Holiday Inn Waterpark in Orlando. The hotel feels very outdated — no Smart TVs, which was surprising for the price you pay. They were also out of basic essentials like washcloths, and housekeeping doesn’t come unless you specifically request it. On top of that, you’re charged a high resort fee, but it doesn’t really feel like a resort experience. There’s no complimentary breakfast, and even that’s an additional cost. For what you spend here, you can definitely find a better and cheaper hotel nearby with more modern amenities and better service.

Our room key didn’t work when we first went to the room- called the front desk they said they were sending someone but after 20 min of waiting no one came and I had to run to the office leaving our luggage outside. The water for the shower never got warm and the floors are thin that we heard everything that was happening in the room above us.

The room is gross. Not unclean but the aesthetic is ugh. I walk in and the light flickers and when it’s on, it’s the dimmest yellow light. It doesn’t illuminate anything. The lighting in the rest of the room is also dim and yellow. There is no overhead lighting. There are gaps between one flooring type to another without a threshold to transition. That’s just poor craftsmanship. The thermostat is terrible. It was freezing at 72. I wanted to keep the AC but turn it up to 76. Nope, it’ll turn the heat on. Uhh I don’t want heat in the summer in florida…I ask for a shuttle to the pool and there was something wrong with the tires. It’s not clear how I can access the pool. The line for checking in took 30 min. The cleaning crew was extremely loud in the morning. I had a view of construction which added to the noise. I woke up with back pain from the bed. Overall a terrible stay and I will not be bad. The waterpark is not that worth it. The water is cold.

My room was great pool was amazing only issue I had during my stay was the service particularly with my room key it just completely stopped working and I believe the staff when they said they fixed it just to arrive to my door and the key wouldn’t work and it did not help that my room was at the other end of the hotel room
