Stay away it's a trap

Charged a ton of hidden fees, pool smelled like dirty socks, everything was insanely expensive, rooms had bunk beds one of them had broken support beams. Toilets don't flush very good sink stopper was stuck down. Ice machines were broken, elevator took ages, half the water park was shut down

Lleve a los niños el primer día ya durmiendo sonó la alarma de emergencia dos veces, tuvimos que salir afuera del hotel luego entramos a la habitación y la alarma volvió a sonar, cuando fuimos a las chorreras esa agua es demasiado fría y la piscina está caliente y eso puede causar una pulmonía o bronquitis es un peligro esa agua así para los niños no entiendo porque el agua es bien fría en el parque de agua. Solo fueron una vez a recoger la basura, puse un reclamo porque las luces de la cocina no funcionaban y nunca vinieron arreglarlas, llamas al front desk desde tu habitación y nunca responden, la morena que atiende en el front desk y la manager que habla español son muy irrespetuosas. No vuelvo, Primera y última vez

The property is huge, have a lot of rooms and it’s beautiful and safe.The waterpark is big and fun. Rooms were tidy and clean with all the supplies you need. The place have a small center where there are restaurants, small convenience store, arcade, guest services and meeting room. There are two things I did not like: first; there is this small counter with no name that will pressure you to go to a conference meeting at 7:30am somewhere outside the hotel to “gift” you money or another vacations (I did not attend) but it was mortifying having people to take your precious vacation relaxing time for that, the second of it will be the parking; there’s a lot of parking but when hotel is full it seems not to be enough for everyone and you will have to park far away from your room. Loved the place and will come back but will park early and ignore the offerings.

Hotel under construction - stay away.

We were not notified that this property is under construction. We were put all the way in the back. The flooring in the room was linoleum flooring that was coming up, the elevator floor was so disgusting. We tried to eat dinner around 8PM and everything was either closed or they were serving day old food in a mall food court type setting.
