The property and my room were exquisite. The staff were warm and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a nice surprise of Mickey Waffles. I didn't make time to enjoy the water slide and pool, but made full use of the high resolution TV as I got ready for my day. I was quite comfy at night with the AC off and heat on low, without that burning smell from switching the modes. The amenities in the room were plentiful and I loved the water and chips goodie bag you received at check in. This place is a bang for your buck kinda hotel. For all that is included in your stay, it's beyond lovely. The Disney presence is strong around the hotel from elevator decor to a stand to buy tickets. Even if your the type to only need a place to lay your head down during your stay, this hotel is a great accompaniment to a trip.

Denzel at the front desk was a pleasure. If I ever owned a business, I would probably come steal him from Hilton, because he is CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. What an unbelievable human being and an honor to have gotten to meet him.

Hotel was clean Breakfast was OK. Very packed at times. Kids had fun at the pool with waterslide. Pool was very dirty at times, filled with bugs and hair. Need more seating around pool. Overall for the price, we would stay again.

Commutable distance (30min with traffic) to everything we did. Disney, Gatorland, and Seaworld, and more. Easy parking, roughly$160 for 6 days. Only “downside” to the hotel. Staff were friendly especially the woman working the poolside bar/grill.

everything was excellent, the ladies who attended us at the reception when we arrived were super nice, one of them was on her first day, the rooms were super spacious and clean, my children loved the pool with the slide, the breakfast was repetitive but good, the only bad thing was the rude attitude of the man at the bar, on Wednesday my children were eating ice cream sitting at one of the tables next to the pool, the truth is I don't know if one of them dropped a napkin on the floor or if the napkin was already there and he comes and says "they ate with their feet" super rude and despotic, and because of that we didn't even go to buy any drinks because of his attitude, we went to the restaurants that are outside the hotel a few steps away, from then on everything was great.
