We had an amazing stay at this Orlando home! The house was huge, spotless, and even better than the pictures. Everything was very clean, and it was fully supplied with everything we needed, including plenty of towels, which made things so easy for a large group. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everyone slept great. The pool was clean and warm, and we were able to enjoy it even though the weather was cool. The hot tub was another big highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kids (and adults!) absolutely loved the two game rooms. The huge couch and large dining room table, along with the two refrigerator/freezers were great for large groups.There was plenty of space for everyone and the hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again!

The house was fantastic. We had 14 golfers stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. The living room/kitchen is the perfect room for entertaining and the pool and hot tub was heated to perfection. The game room is perfect if you have children. Highly recommend staying here.

The host was welcoming. They were great in responding to our concerns. They allowed us early check in. The host even stopped by .The house itself was beautiful. The maintenance was lacking. There were many minor things. The chairs were dirty. The internet did not work well. The house did not have large pots or serving dishes for large groups. The exterior of the house was dirty and needs to be power washed. We had a great time anyway, in spite of the deficiencies. This house could be so great if it were maintained better. We would not rent it again or recommend it to anyone in it's current condition.

I have a large family, and we had a wonderful time. The home is just like the pictures. The pool is great and was kept clean while we were there. It was also great to have a washer and dryer on both floors. The kids loved the arcade room. I don't think we could have found a better house for our size family. The staff was great and helped with every question we had. Definitely 5 stars!!!!

We loved this place and were sad to leave! Sadly the group before us didn’t follow the rules and smoked in the garage game room, but the cleaning team did their best to remediate the smell (although unsuccessfully) and get the place whipped into shape for us. Overall we had a great time and a great stay and we would love to return.

A Dream Vacation House

Of all the vacation homes that our family has stayed in, we all agreed this was the best. The bedrooms we used each had their own bathroom. The living room, kitchen and dining area were so spacious. The marvelous kitchen was well equip with dinnerware, cookware, coffee pots, and two very handy refrigerators. The outside pool area was the perfect place to enjoy the first cup of coffee each morning. Everyone had a great time with the upstairs games and the action games in the garage. And when we wanted to venture to out to special attractions, it was so easy to get there. We couldn't imagine anyone not loving this fabulous house.

Property was a great size for our family trip. The kids enjoyed the pool, the parents enjoyed the fences, and everyone enjoyed the games.Games: one of the car games is falling apartPool/Spa: had to have pool crew out several times during our trip for cleaning/chemicals - they were respectful and efficient. The hot tub gets HOT - but only when the jets are on. Outdoors: needs some upkeep in the front landscaping, and no cushions for the patio furniture (couch, chairs) near the pool. Liked having the fenced spaces to let little ones “roam”. Kitchen: NOTHING for such a large group. Very, very minimal & tiny pots/pans, baking sheets, and even not enough silverware for the number of people the house can host. ZERO spices, Tupperware, ziplocs, tinfoil, etc. We did a store pickup on our way to the house, and had ordered garbage bags, but note they need to be the 55gal size/yard bags. Cleanliness: they would greatly benefit from a deep clean. But if you don’t look too closely, it’s good enough. The garage floor (pool table, ping pong) has likely never been cleaned. Carpet & living room rug need some serious love. Overall: we had a great trip, and were thankful to find a place that could accommodate our large group. We went to the resort pool a couple times and were pleased to find it was 45 for the entire group for the entire week. (Note: price does depend on group size.) The house was quiet, (the doors could all use some WD40, though) and the kids had a great time.

Golf Get Together

Everything was stellar with the exception of three items.1. The Internet connection is not strong enough to support multiple users. It needs to be improved.2. The television flat out did not work for the entire day. They even brought in a new box, but it did not work.3. No fixing this but due to traffic congestion on the road outside of the neighborhood. It is sometimes very difficult to get in and out.All that being said, the facilities excellent pool and hot tub are over the top good and nicely heated. They are professional organization.

the place was great we had problems with phone and internet service I am not sure why neighborhood location? not enough access points? not sure why but something was wrong as I said with internet, phones and tv also the ice makers didn't work on both refrigerators never got fixed, over all fantastic

Happy place

The only thing I will complain about is the cleanness of the property.. The walls was dirty (need to be painted or washed down) they were smeers of red something on one of the bedrooms, the curtain had stains on them, my niece got cut in her foot from glass embedded in the carpet, they came at a timely manner.

Williams Family Thanksgiving Holiday Stay

My family had an amazing experience. It was for me entering the community was the worst experience wit the line and traffic and waiting! It’s almost like you never wanna leave but there’s always something you forget and we need to go out and get it on several occasions plus the list of names for the passes should be mailed previously before arrival as soon as the property is secured with total payment.Because the guards are extremely Rule if you don’t have a pass. So that meant my guess was calling me frantically. but other than that, it was an amazing stay needing more dish detergent, as well as washing detergent on the premises. Otherwise everything that a cozy home would need for a great stay and thank you so much for accommodating us with the pool. It did make up for the things that wasn’t working.

Golf Trip - Perfect for Group of 16

I coordinate and participate with a group of friends. We travel across the country each November, and this is our 2nd trip to Orlando. Prior stay was at Reunion Resort, but we wanted to be in one property, and this looked perfect! And it was! 14 Bedrooms for 16 grown men was just fine. The space was generous and we were not on top of each other. We paid the extra for pool/hot tub heat, and it was worth it. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, and utensils, but short on paper towels and trash bags. We needed to extend our check-out time by a few hours and they were very generous in allowing this. Check in communication was the only glitch as I did not get an e-mail with the front door code and had to call for this. But, it was resolved quickly. You may rest assured that you are getting a fair value with this property.

Best Family vacation home

If I could give this place/host 10 stars I would. Our family had an amazing time. Each room was very comfortable and very nice. Loved that we could all be together but each had our own space. We all enjoyed the gamerooms, the theater, pool & sauna. The big kitchen and living room made it easy to feed our flock. Loved the fact that our host took care of all the minor details and answered our calls ASAP when we had questions. We will definitely book with you anytime!
