Expected a lot more for a JW Property. Service was lack luster from the pool to house keeping. No bedding for pull out called waited almost an hour to have it brought to the room so we could put our son to bed.

The room was large, clean, quiet and the beds were super comfortable. Staff was pleasant and dining was great. Enjoyed the pool area and the pool at the Ritz was just a short walk too.

Room was nice and clean. We were able to see fireworks from our room which was a plus for us. House keeping was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful
