Great spot for visiting the Universal Parks!! This place is spacious and exactly as pictured. Highly recommended!! If you have teens, great spot for them to walk to grab food, snacks and have a little independence.

Great location - will be back!

Condo was very spacious and in a great location near the pool. Everything was clean and kitchen was fully stocked compared to another condo we had stayed at in the same complex. Also appreciated that they had extra amenities such as toilet paper, dish soap and laundry detergent. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious, clean, great location!

The property is just like the photos. It is spacious and clean. The check in process was simple. The location was close to the pool and clubhouse. We had plenty of space to relax after long days out and about. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Orlando!

We stayed at Vista Cay last year. Our visit this year was MUCH better. This condo is perfectly clean and amazingly quiet. There is plenty of room. Thank you for renting your property to us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is spacious with an open floorplan. Communication with the host was great and we had everything we needed while we were there. The property is located in a great area and anything we did was a short walk or drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

Orlando trip

We had a great time staying at this condo. Plenty of room, lots of light, very clean. I had to work remotely for a few days, so it was nice having the extra den space and a desk. We would definitely rent here again!

Great location

I brought my 14y old daughter and 3 of her friends to Universal for her 14th birthday celebration! 🎉 I felt comfortable letting them walk around this gated neighborhood. Great location if going to any of the theme parks. It took us 16 minutes to get to Universal parking garage’s. The condo is well laid out with plenty of space and clean. We had everything we needed except toilet paper, with 5 girls, 2 rolls/bathroom wasn’t enough. đŸ€Ł Easy to get in and out of with the elevators. We ate at The Diner in the Publix plaza and it was so yummy!! Oh, we also had a plumbing issue at 10pm and contacted Lin. She was quick to respond and Geoff was straight over and fixed the problem. Whole thing took maybe 20 minutes.

We were pleased with the layout and design of the space. It was very clean inside the villa. The living room sofa needs to be updated, it has poor support. The biggest problem is the garbage in the hallways of the building. It’s a strange concept for everyone in the building to dispose their garbage inside plastic bins in the hallways outside each unit. The odor was atrocious. The amenities and location were great and the beds were comfortable. The location was great for the convention center with a complimentary shuttle to the premiere show.

Will never stay anywhere else

We were in Orlando for a volleyball tournament and this was perfect and totally walkable to the convention center. The place is absolutely impeccably clean and SO big. There were 5 of us and could have easily fit another 2-3 kids with no problem.

Lin was amazing! Very responsive to questions I had. The property was very much as the photos online were listed. We’ve stayed in the Vista Cay complex in the past and this was the first time in this unit. Would definitely return!

Our first Family trip to Orlando

We were so excited to come to Orlando and be at the center of it all. The condo was beautiful, newly updated and very spacious for our family of 6. I was impressed with the binder in our condo that gave us recommendations for food and necessities. We loved the location and all the resort offered, the game room, tiki bar by the pool, hot tub and pool. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was the little insects on the counters in the kitchen. I didn't keep any food out on the counters. I made sure to use a cutting board put when cooking and kept the drains closed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
