Great house.

really close to Disney and great to have access to additional pools and waterpark. We had some problems, but the management was willing to work with us.

Overall A Good Experience

Overall, we had a good experience with the stay. There was one thing. The beds in both master bedrooms need to be replace, they both have sunken stops in them. One thing I might say is that the decor in the house was lovely however is for short people, the couch was low, the beds were low to the ground. It's a long way down for us tall people.

Wonderful stay for Orlando/Kissimee area

The house is beautiful and matches the pictures! Extremely clean and so much room. The Storey Lake community area is awesome, myself, my husband, my mother and our 6 year old loved the pool and lazy river, also lunch and drinks by the pool! Kitchen was stocked with tons of equipment, but didnt find any spices/oil besides salt and pepper, though we didnt really cook besides breakfast so that was okay for us. Would definately stay here next time we are in this area!

Wonderful Stay 9/2023

When it comes to the Internet it's hard to trust....especially regarding photos and if things are legitimate. It's so many who get scammed. So i was understandably hesitant and nervous booking. I breathed a sigh of relief pulling up and walking into the vacation rental. What a beautiful property!! The photos match the real thing! The house was immaculate! Nothing out of order. It was a stressful week for my family following the news reports of which direction Hurricane Idalia would go. Orlando Rentals(Nina) was really accommodating. Even extending an earlier Check in time which definitely helped. We had communication the whole time. She even informed me about a company coming over to check the a/c system which wasn’t an inconvenience at all. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to anyone else. And i look forward to staying again in the near future! Pool was great! We didn't pay the extra for heating but it was still nice. 10/10

Great family house

There were 9 of us from 8-88 years old. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor are great for those not able to use the stairs. It’s a nice set up for a large group. Only complaint is the very low uncomfortable couch in the living room

Wonderful home, perfect for a Disney vacation

My family and I stayed here for one week and went to Disney. The house is about 15 mins to the parks so it is great location. We had 7 adults and two young children and there was more than enough room for us all. The house was clean and the basics there provided. We could have used more cookie sheets and cooking utensils for the kitchen. With such a big family there was always something being cooked, with limited supply we had to be creative. We had everything we needed there was just one of each. We did receive an early check- in and I double checked that the door code would be changed to the early time and they said yes. When we got there the code would not work but they were very quick to reply with an emergency code that worked. Overall my family and I had a wonderful trip and would stay in this house again.

Lovely neiborhood and great location

The house is in a great location. Close to a super market and tons of fast food choices. Truely 10 minutes from Disney. The home itself can use some updating (painting and new furniture), but all in all it served it purpose for our needs. Thank you

Convenient location, very comfortable layout

Very nice layout with high ceiling in the living room area. Couch could use some deeper cleaning. Only one outlet in the kitchen was working in a far corner, so making a toast in the morning is a mission with a tiny toaster. Property manger are not responsive and or accommodating. Kitchen blinds are very dusty. Walls are also very tired and could use freshen up. Over all we had a great time and plenty of room, near by supermarket and shopping plaza, walking distance from the pool. Plenty of pool towels, not enough bath towels, poor quality pillows, and very comfy mattress. Overall I would give it a 3 star.

Nice property for a larger group

We enjoyed our stay at this house for a trip to Universal Studios / Islands of adventure (about a 20-30 min drive away). We had a group of 6 guys, and it was nice that everyone had their own bed to sleep in. The house was clean, though you can tell this property is a rental-focused unit. You could tell that some of the walls had lots of touch-up work done. It seems like most of the houses in this development are vacation rentals, and a few houses around us had large groups or families that were up late on at least one night. This was not a problem for us, but it might be if you have a family and want to get to bed very early. The property met our expectations based on the description. The pool was a little smaller than it appeared in the picture, but it served our purpose. There were no ceiling fans in the rooms in case you like to have some background white noise. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary glassware and pots and pans. There was no oven mitten if you plan on cooking (easy enough to solve!). Games in the garage worked as expected too. The only downside to our stay was that it wasn't very clear how we would access the gate to the neighborhood after normal business hours. Our host tried to send a QR code that never came through. It turns out that there is a *separate gate* to a different sub-community in this subdivision (it's part of an apartment complex) that is 24 hours and can print out an access code for each individual neighborhood. We were able to figure this out before our final night, so everything worked out great. Would recommend to others and stay here again.

House not ready for renting

Family had to wait 20 minutes for staff to "clean house". Roaches in the home. Pool could not be utilized due to one screen missing. Other screen was hanging off. Bathroom and couch was dirty. Xbox didn't work. Could not use two of the TV's because the remotes didn't work. Crayon marks on walls and magazines. All of the lights didn't work. Trash left from previous guest. Very disappointing as this was a Christmas gift to my children and their cousins for their cousins trip.

Nice community but some issues with unit

Overall it was a nice community and close to the parks. The photos online showed the unit to be in better overall shape than it was. A good layout and size for 2 families. When we got there some of the lights weren’t working but we figured out how to fix them. The wine fridge never did work. We paid $350US for a heated pool for a week & it was only heated for 2 days (plus there were holes & pieces missing in the netting around the pool that was stated earlier in a different post). Also for 2 days it wasn’t full so half of the pool couldn’t be used. Then one night there was an error code that came up on one of the A/C units that came on at 3Am and we couldn’t sleep as the noise was so loud. The dryer only worked for one day. We contacted the property manager and they did send someone to fix things before the weekend & the dryer was fixed temporarily but only worked once. They fixed the a/c issue but the pool was only full and heated the day he came and not after that. They weren’t open on the weekends so didn’t get a response until Monday morning when we were leaving. Also there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few garbage bags, couple dishwashing soaps so would suggest bringing your own. We understand mechanical issues happen but the pool issue was the biggest disappointment as it was a huge reason we chose this rental & also paying that much money for it to be heated and it not be , is something we need to be reimbursed for. If those issues didn’t occur our stay would’ve been much more enjoyable.
