We stayed here for our visit to Universal. It was only minutes from the Epic park. I Loved the view from the balcony. Since it was on the corner of the building, we could see the lake and the pool. We took advantage of the huge hot tub after our park days. There were 2 sleeper sofas but only had 1 set of sheets for 1 of them. We got to the condo late from dinner so we didn't get the 2nd set until the following day. Other than that, we had great communication. I loved the kitchen starter pack and how the kitchen was supplied with all cooking utensils. I would definitely stay here again

Clean large apartment - some minor wear & tear but not worse than some well known hotels. No flexibility in early check-in even though willing to pay (we had a sick colleague that needed to rest) they do allow you to pay for late checkout however so I’m thinking in that it’s a one way street - late checkout only. Host was always quick to respond . Ice maker needs service. Overall good choice and well managed.

Location was great. Close to city center and parks. We loved being on the top floor and we loved our view. I chose this unit for the beautiful view and it did not disappoint. Publix is right next door. The burger place in that shopping center was phenomenal! The condo had everything we needed except a few extra toilet paper rolls, so bring extra. The beds were comfortable and we were able to darken our rooms so we could sleep in. We did not swim but many families did and it looked wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was the perfect stay for our trip to Epic Universe. We had two families fit perfectly with plenty of space. The location is one of the best in the subdivision, if you want to be close to the pool. The check-in process was so easy all the codes were given. I would caution if you plan on arriving even 10 minutes early. It will not work until exactly 4:01 PM. You can however use the facilities if you go to the front office. That was a slight inconvenience for our group as some did not want to swim so they had to sit in the car. I would also suggest a dusting of the window treatments and blinds. This property still gets high reviews from us.

We had a keyless checkin and they accommodated our request to check in early at the last minute. The condo was amazing and the location was fantastic! We walked in and they had a gift on the counter and music playing on the tv and place settings setup. It was all very elegant. The view off the balcony was of the pool area and lake which was so nice to have coffee with in the morning! They left little touches everywhere and we could tell they were excellent hosts. They made check out so easy - we didn’t have to do anything except take out the trash and start the dishwasher. It was close to the parks, to lots of food, and a grocery store. It was just what we needed! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Volleyball tournament

Location of condo was perfect. A beautiful view of both the lake and clubhouse pool. We were within walking distance to the convention center which helped us avoid car rental. We enjoyed the balcony. Kitchen was well appointed, coffee provided for our first morning which was very appreciated. Plenty of space, very comfortable accommodations, would love to stay again!

The home is beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. It’s such a great way to start a vacation. My daughter’s reaction was priceless when we walked in. The entire family absolutely loved it!! Communiation between the host and the entire management team was great!! Everyone responded back in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely gorgeous condo with the best location! We have stayed in many condos in Vista Kay for volleyball conventions and this was by far our favorite! We will always book here when retuning!!

Beautiful condo with a great location

My family had a great stay at this lovely condo. The view from the balcony was really nice! The bedrooms were well appointed and bathrooms were sufficient. Some stains on towels and the floors were a bit dirty, but not awful. We were disappointed that the pool right next door is closed. The desk said it was supposed to be done in January but it is February and it looks like they have a long way to go. To be fair, I received an email informing me that it was closed so I had the choice to cancel but I didn’t want to search all over again. The pool being closed wasn’t awful, but the construction noise from the pool construction was joined with noise from the roof in our building being done at the same time. So it was a bit inconvenient with all of that. I will definitely be booking this place again in the future with hopes that all of the construction will be finished. It will be a wonderful place to stay once everything is set since the location to the pool can’t be beat!

Great Condo - Pool Under Construction

For a listing with the title “Next to condo Pool!” It was incredibly disappointing to check in and see the pool was completely under construction from September - January. Clearly a construction that was known about in advance and zero communicated to renters. Frustrating as it was a reason we booked that location and with a 6 month old the other pool over the highway was not convenient. Besides that the condo was as pictured, spacious and the view was lovely. Very comfortable patio furniture. Just a note that the bed frames in the guest room are not intended to have box springs and mattresses but they have both making the beds insanely high. Basically anyone under 12 or over 60 could NOT use them safely. Hopefully the owners read this and adjust that!

Family Vacation

The condo was perfect. Easy check in . We didn’t know there was construction at the pool bc I specifically stayed at this condo to be close to the pool with small children. A new pool is at the other side but it worked out fine and our stay was enjoyable! I always book with Castile and I have never had a problem. Thank You for another great experience!!

Great location near convention center

Stayed here for a dance competition at the convention center. Convention center nearby (25 minute walk or 5 minute car/Uber ride). Lots of activities and stores nearby. Lots of space in the condo. Check in/check out super easy.

Fantastic Stay

The unit looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, modern, and very luxurious. We were able to walk to the Convention center about a 15 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again.
