We had VERY noisy neighbours. However Jayshka at the Frontdesk went out of her way and to find us a replacement condo with an out of service unit next door. She is a STAR employee!! We enjoyed the rest of our stay, especially with the choice of 4 pools to choose from!!

I've reserved 3 nights stay for my husband golf trip the past weekend - he stayed there Friday and asked me to book another hotel for him - due to loud noises at night from the next unit and outside, bed bug bites. This should be address for other guests to come, need some improvements to room, bed and hotel environment quite policy after 10pm.
