Fun Family Resort

Fantastic stay. We've been going to this resort for about the past 8 years. Always agree today great for families. The only negative is it gets kind of crowded. Fantastic for family vacations. It's less busy on the weekdays. Highly recommended.

A very welcoming front desk staff. Very helpful as this was our first time staying here. Townhome was amazing. Clean, comforting, and conveniently located. The bar staff was amazing. It's always heart warming when they call you by your first name throughout your visit, making an effort to remember you and make you feel welcomed. Conveniently located within 5 minutes to grocery stores, walmart, restaurants, etc. And the text messaging system to request assistances/needs was pretty awesome. Cons: downstairs shower rod was titled with no way to keep the curtain rod from wall to wall. Kept falling towards the middle. Cute waterpark but one lifeguard made the waterpark experience absolutely horrible. I don't know her name but she was blowing the whistle at least 10 to 15 times per minute, then yelling at the top of her lungs. Ridiculous! I think she would save herself an aneurism if the other lifeguard at the base of the slide was helping her out! We saw 2 lifeguards, chilling on their phone while at their post!! Cause of concern indeed. Resort fees covered amenities that weren't available such as paddle boats and fishing. And the arcade wasn't awarding proper points. I wasnt informed about this until the end of the night, we, after spending $100+, front desk didnt have anyone to reach out to and gave us 2 cards with 12 credits on them. Despite these picky cons, I would bring my family back. Might avoid the waterpark if shes still there!

There was so many fun activities and things to do. Easy access to the pool, water park , fishing. Lots more. Also, they were continually cleaning through the whole place. No complaints.

Great place for a family to stay. There are so many fun options. The water park was a hit with my kids. Only thing I didn’t like was wearing the color wristband during my whole stay. Also during check in the woman giving me my parking pass was laying it on thick trying to get me to go on a timeshare tour. The minute I said no her whole attitude changed and she was very dismissive.
