This is a very very beautiful home. Me and my family truly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that on Saturday Night, 12/6/2025, we were locked out of the home, standing in the rain for approx. 20 minutes until someone came and let us in and then changed the broken lock. The WiFi was cut-off on Sunday Night and the rental wasn't over. The sink in the kitchen leaks and the upholstery really needs to be clean.

This home is absolutely beautiful and spacious! We had a group of 28 family members of various ages SMS everyone had a great time with plenty of space and things to do to spread out. The decor was eye catching and modern and the karaoke room was the star of the stay. Small impacts like the ice maker not producing ice well, one of the 3 dryers not working that well, and an open pool scene caught small irrigation but were all able to be worked around and did not stop our admiration of this home. Check in time could be better but overall, ZERO complaints! We will be back again!

Family Christmas

Fabulous house for a large family. Enough rooms and beds so no one was on the couch! The amenities were great although a few were broken when we got there. The maintenance team was outstanding and prompt. Some things they could not fix and even replaced the dishwasher. We talked everything over with customer service and everything is happily r resolved. Thank you. Highly recommend. The pool had to be paid to be heated to have the spa hot but with cool weather it was good money spent Especially good workers for your company. Ricardo. He came the last night we were there and was very kind and helpful! He needs to be a lead guy! Also the gentleman that was with us Sunday for quite awhile. Both men were proud of the homes they care for as well as good workers. Highly recommend

Loving my stay!

This property was an accurate representation of the photos. The home was impeccably clean and fully stocked with all the essential amenities. The host was prompt in responding to any needs. I highly recommend this home and look forward to booking it again in the near future.

Amazing stay!

Couldn’t ask for a better place. Large pool, so much space and beds and linens were amazing. 2 laundry rooms, plenty of entertainment, tvs and short walk to the community pool. Only one negative, not enough pots and pans. We had 34 stay here and never got in each others way. Loved it!

This house was just what we needed for our family gathering. And it was beautiful, we felt like we were in our own world when we were inside. I would/will do it again. four stars for unannounced pool cleaning and door handles are no good. They all felt loose. One of our littles got locked in the Mandalorian room. And we had to call for assistance when the football room was locked

It was FANTASTIC!

The house was just as advertised. Spacious and meticulously decorated. We had a lot of space to hang out and relax and not feel like we were on top of each other. The way the house is configured is perfect. Each room had an ensuite bathroom which provided privacy for every family member. The theatre, the game room and the upstairs pool table areas were big hits with the family and especially the kids. The upstairs and downstairs laundry with all of the extra towels for the pool were great too. The kitchen was was appointed with plenty of dishes and glasses for the whole family. And the extra large refrigerator in the kitchen and the extra refrigerator was perfect to hold all of our food and drinks before and after the holiday (Thanksgiving). We spent a lot of time during the day and at night in the pool and the hot tub and grilled one day while we were there. We HAD SUCH A GREAT TIME! There were a couple of things to point out that- the big refrigerator in the kitchen’s door wouldn’t catch on the freezer side. We put a thick piece of folded paper between the doors to ensure it stayed closed and kept the items in the freezer cold/ frozen. And some of the games on the game room didn’t operate properly. Minor but I called and they said they had a couple of work orders in to fix those. We wanted to make sure we weren’t charged/ blamed for damaging the games. The property management team was very responsive and answered all of our questions - which weren’t many. All in all, this house was great and my entire family still raves about it. We will definitely be back and will probably have to rent an additional home next door to accommodate more of our family members that will definitely want to attend next year.

You will not be disappointed

I've rented numerous large homes in central Florida in the past 5 years for work retreats. This house was by far one of the top 2 I've ever had the pleasure of renting. I will absolutely return. Communication was on point. We had no reason at all to contact management during our stay. Everything was perfect!!!

Was great but could it be awesome.

The experience on the house and the porpoise for it was rented was awesome. We really loved and would like to stay longer. I do hate the fact and after all the stress of the situation think back and I can't believe even a Hurricane was enough for the host to say it was an extraordinary moment to make an exception to move the reception just one day, because all my guests had traveling problems and arrived late. At least din't cause damage to the property or surenders and we could access the house without problems.

Totally worth it! Pictures does not do it justice!

The place was amazing! There was ants in a few rooms and one bathroom didn’t work but everything else was phenomenal. All my guests left happy. Definitely need more pots, serving utensils if you have a large group, but we bought at Walmart. Enjoyed our stay, no regrets and look forward to next year again

The property is located in a nice area. It's clean and the layout is absolutely beautiful.

It's wa a fantastic experience. The playroom, the themed rooms, all ensuit bedrooms. Price was fair but can be better. The check in process was a little delayed. The code to the villa was not provided on time, I had to call to get it. The code to the clubhouse was never provided and so I didn't get to use this amenity until the last day when I had to call to ask. Lights in one room. Went off, I called and someone was to he sent but he never showed up until the following day at checkout. It was hard to operate in darkness while in this room for the night considering packing and getting ready for checkout Otherwise it was a nice and clean villa.

We had our first holiday as a family here- it was both elating and adventurous. The games' options available in-house brought out the kid in every one of us. My wife preferred the arcade games while I got hooked on the video games console.

Lovely Villa!

When my girlfriend suggested these holiday homes, I didn’t think the house would be so big. They even had a garage for two cars. I’m into interior design so my first gaze fell on the aesthetics- they were amazing. The wall art was captivating and the furniture, out of this world.

I particularly liked the interior design, it blends quite well with the outdoors. The rooms and corridors were well lit and brightly colored. I'm glad I accepted the invitation to stay here.

The houses' architecture is simply exquisite- modern styles with a vintage touch. A friend invited me for a weekend. I am glad I said yes. The garage was spacious and convenient- we brought both our cars. Other fun aspects were the swimming pool, arcade room and games room.

Will be coming back again!

From the photos online, I feared we would miss a spot only to find them building more units from all corners. The completed units are spacious, clean, and well-lit. The kids' sleeping areas are worth mentioning, they are all themed up to match kids' fantasies. I’ll bring them back sometime soon.
