Beautiful home, responsive host! However the house comes with nothing extra to make it feel like a welcomed stay, more so like a home buying viewing experience instead. (Example) no coffee filters for the coffee pot, no wash rags, no pool towels etc. literally bring EVERYTHING! Paid 140 basically to heat the pool and jacuzzi! The main amenity for me should have been the jacuzzi. After a long walk around Florida . All we wanted was to relax in a hot jacuzzi! It was lukewarm to touch all 3 days! You could bathe a newborn in it! only one jet on one side worked I asked for a refund for the inconvenience and because it was not in fact hot at all! They ignored that request! They said they sent maintenance which was false! No one ever came while we were there or away! Also the master bedroom shower water was also lukewarm! I chose not to use the bedroom hot tub as i felt if the shower wasn’t hot neither would be the in room jacuzzi, however the hallway shower was to die for!! Awesome! Also the resort says there is a 200 fee due AT THE property upon arrival! They attempted the debit the day before our arrival and gave 24 hours to complete payment or it would be cancelled.ALSO if you plan to have a visitor from in town be sure they are on the list or they will be denied access which is wild for all the money that was spent to stay at this resort!I recommend looking elsewhere outside of champions gate! Scale 1-10 I give it a low vibrational 2! Do better! Get a new water heater
