Great location, plenty of space, loved the amenities, something for all ages to enjoy. I will say, if you stay at this location you will need to bring your own cooking ware(pots,pans,can opener,knives) however, utensils are plentyful. The pool needs to have a filtration system that is constantly flowing,especially when you know kids are on the premises. Oh, beware of large ant beds in the front landscape. Broken and worn furniture needs to be replaced. Sliding glass door needs a lil TLC, very hard to open. Instructions are desperately needed if you plan on watching TV in the livingroom, there was an odor of wet dog and a stintch of pinesol to try to cover the smell. The house Overall this is a great place to stay with a large party. Nothing is ever perfect and yes I will book this location again.

Had a good stay. The property management was very prompt in responding to any issue. The neighbors were very loud (not the properties fault). Also, the dryer needed to be fixed, and was. Ty. However some sort of debris found its way in there ( we think... during the repair ), and damaged all of my clothes. Tore them up. So that was frustrating to say the least. I now have to replace those. Also, for a hiuse that has 8 bedrooms for guests there really is very little, to no cooking utensils, pans, or baking sheets. All together, a good experience though.

Family spring break trip

Nice house but needs some minor repairs and a little TLC. House had lots of space and decent amount of kitchen supplies. Although we did not have a problem, as we had substantially less guests than the limit, for the number of people the house can accommodate, it would seem that they would have more glasses and towels, etc so that everyone would have at least one, and maybe more cleaning supplies, trash bags and toilet paper as well, since the washer, dishwasher, etc need to be run at least once everyday; however, since we drove, we brought our own from home. We had good responsiveness from property management company. Disliked the parking situation in the neighborhood. It was a little frustrating when out walking that cars were allowed to completely block the sidewalks by parking right over them. Seems the security that is driving around regularly could address that situation as there is ample street parking available. Disliked the grill fee we didn’t know about until after we purchased food that needed to be grilled and there was no propane for the grill. Overall a very good experience and we would definitely book here again.

Gorgeous property for large family gatherings

This was the perfect, spacious property for our family gathering!Pros: Lots of seating area for dining room as well as living room areas. Every bedroom had televisions. Generous amount of bedrooms and sleeping spaces.Clean and beautifully decorated. Secure gated community. Playground within walking distance. We had some issues with the hot tub and pool heating properly, but the issue was addressed quickly! Good communication and smooth check in/check out process.*WATER RESORT ACCESS WAS SO AWESOME!Cons: Lack of area information/guides. Lack of beach towels and pool entertainment, ie: floaties. Lack of some basic kitchen supplies. Icemaker didn’t work. This is a great location if you are wanting to access the Disney world and various attractions of that nature.

Thankful Thanksgiving Getaway!

The Property was very nice. Finding the Location for the Property was confusing because there were so many different Entries. It would have helped if we were told the Property Pass Address was different from the location we would be staying at First. We thought we would get the Pass at the Entrance of the Resident. Due to so much Traffic we got to The Property after Nightfall. The Property Address was Terrible trying to see it above the Garage at night. It’s Very Poor Lighting trying to Read the address. Sadly we Mistakingly Pulled into the Wrong driveway had to put on our Bright trying to Read it. We pulled into the Wrong Address Twice. A Brighter White color for the Address is needed. The Beds were a bit too Soft and we could have Used Bedspreads or Comforters. The Top Cover It felt like a blanket. Some of the Rooms didn’t the quoted amount of Wash Cloths but we brought our own as suggested. The lighting for the Pool at Night was Bad. It would have been very nice to have lights in the Pool for nighttime. We enjoyed Our Stay and will do it again. Julia

Great Memories!!

We booked this property for our annual Mother’s Day Getaway and we loved it! It was big enough to comfortably fit a guess list of 15 people. The pool was a nice size for us to enjoy. Besides minor wear and tear, the house is beautiful. My only suggestion would be to get more pots and pans. We love to cook in, so we were hoping to see enough kitchen wear to do so. We would definitely book again!

The Check In Process Was Ok , We Had Trouble Getting In & Out Of The Gate Barcode Wouldn’t Scan ,The House Was As Listed , When We Walked In The House It Smelled Like Urine .
