Had an amazing stay. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent communication from the host; fast friendly responses. Truly appreciated the available baby items at the property to use. Also, enjoyed the well stocked kitchen items and dishes. Would suggest getting dish towels to hand wash dishes (cups/ silverware ) and pot holders; other than that very nice kitchen set up.

This resort was everything and more. Every age group was covered with fun. 20 minutes from Disney World. The resort club house had everything we needed to enjoy the gym and the pool...the icing on the cake was the water slide in the middle of the pool. The kids had a ball.

very family friendly. We had two small children (3yo & 5yo) and it was great to have the kitchen available for breakfast before a big day at Disney and dinner after a long day. The pool was a big plus in the afternoons. It was close proximity to all the parks, we didn't mind driving 15-20 miles to avoid the hotel madness. It's a quiet neighborhood and that was great for the kids to sleep at night.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. It definitely felt like home away from home. The home with spacious had all the amenities that was listed in the description. We did not use the pool, but it was clean. The only issue I had was with the staff at the main gate. They were rude. One night I had to wait on separate occasions to get access to the community. My access card did not work the entire stay. I asked for a replacement and was denied. Their only concern was my checkout date.

Pool was very nice. A few more kitchen utensils would’ve been helpful. An information binder on operational items would’ve also answered our questions without having to call the property manager. A guest sign in book is always fun. House had plenty room and open space. We enjoyed our stay.

Pleasantly Surprised

My only complaint is with the gate guard. Haitian lady with the broken one armed glasses. She was extremely rude to my guest who were younger and in a separate vehicle than I. The rental home was absolutely better than I experienced it to be. There were minor things that noticed about the home such as broken blind slats at the glass door, and the glass door didn’t lock but didn’t distract from the overall cleanliness of the home. I was told that the property didn’t allow pets but the garage reeked horribly of dog. Couldn’t enjoy the pool table due to the smell of dog.

Perfect for groups

Loved that we weren’t on top of each other. Everyone got their own bathroom and didn’t have issues fighting for space. I saw other reviews say it was outdated and that is inaccurate, maybe new carpets since they are worn but that had no effect on our stay.

Excellent location - approx 20 minutes from the parks give or take traffic. Great size with plenty of room to spread out.Consider this a completely empty house and bring everything you might need for your stay, down to the salt and pepper (towels and linens are provided).No advance notice when pool maintenance shows up - came home and stuff was moved so we knew someone had been there but no message letting us know was sent.House was not very clean - trash under the furniture, dirty floors, mold in the upstairs bathroom lights. Sliders to patio do not lock.Good value for the location - busy trip so did not take advantage of the community water park.Great value for the location

Appalling lack of customer service and cleanliness

Here is a summary of the issues we had during our stay. 1. General lack of cleanliness. There was mildew in the showers, the carpet was extremely old and disgusting, and there were prior guest’s hair in beds. If you looked under the beds, there was trash, and a buildup of dust bunnies that to me signals a lack of thorough cleaning. 2. The beds were extremely uncomfortable: the mattresses were horrible, the bedding was old and very worn and the pillows were as thin as pancakes.3. Broken furniture: the legs of the sofa in the living room were broken off and it was just sitting on the ground. The other sofa was in similarly poor condition with rips in the material. 4. There were no necessities provided to use appliances (coffee filters for example). The pans that are provided in the house are extremely worn and scratched up. 5. Funny tasting water: it is of note that we had to buy bottled water for our stay.6. No basketball hoop pop-a-shot in the garage as is advertised in the photos. There were also no toys/games in the house as advertised. 7. The downstairs heat did not work (set heat to 69 and temp remained around 63 degrees downstairs the entire stay- this was in January)8. No refund for services paid for: despite paying the 40 per day heat fee, the heater on both were not working the entire time we were there and the property manager refused to make the situation right.

Cheap motel vibes with a premium price

My family and I (total of 12) stayed here for a week and spent thousands to do it. The best thing I can say about the place is that it's clean. We spent a ton of money to stay here for a week. For that one week stay, we were provided with not even one full roll of dollar store paper towels. The bathroom towels look like they were leftover from a bachelor pad. All worn and tattered and don't match. The refrigerator filter was so clogged water barely came out of the dispenser. We had to buy bottled water for everyone because the owner is too cheap to change the filter. It very clearly needed changed long ago. The mattresses of the beds were cheap and worn. The fake leather couches are torn and they took the legs off one and just sat it on the floor (toddler height).The listing advertises a HEATED pool with no mention of having to contact them before your stay to pay extra to actually turn the heat on (during the week of Christmas, mind you). When I contacted the owner, they said it "was stated in the house manual". When I asked where the house manual was, they couldn't answer. I told them that there was no mention of that in the listing or any of the emails sent after we booked the place (we booked about 9 months in advance). After a day of back and forth she finally allowed us to pay 120 to turn the heat on for 3 days. Absolutely PASS on this property until the owner puts some actual effort into providing a good value for the price. So DISAPPOINTING.

Orlando family fun

We wanted a place close to the parks and other Orlando attractions. This place was a perfect find. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 10. Nice swimming pool and hot tub after long days of walking. We could get around with ease. Thanks for the stay!

Average stay

The house is overall nice and met our needs. The neighborhood is gated. The kids had a great time in the pool! The house was mostly cleaned well. The house seems to be for rental purposes only. There are very few basic necessities provided, which is different from what I've experienced with other rentals. The downstairs family room sofas are small for the amount of people the house can accommodates and one is broken. The carpet upstairs is dirty. The house next door also seems to be a rental only and as other reviewers mentioned, seems to attract a more rowdy crowd. I only mention this because the pool areas are very close together with no privacy from that neighboring house. We saw two groups of people come and go, both smoking weed and drinking outback. The house description mentions an additional fee to heat the pool. That also includes the hot tub, which I assumed was separate and included. Lastly, it took a good 25-30 minutes to get to the parks with traffic.

Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) I recently rented this property for my trip to Disney World, and while my overall experience was decent, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The location was fantastic, making it easy to access the parks. However, the property itself is in need of some updates. Certain amenities felt outdated, and a bit more attention to detail would enhance the overall comfort of the stay. Despite these issues, I still had a good time and appreciated the convenience of the location. With some renovations, This property could be a real gem for future visits! Feel freeL your experience!
