Communication was outstanding! When we got there the air conditioner stopped working we reached out and the host sent someone out ASAP! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the pool was great other than the light in pool was out but no big deal!!â We did have one incident with our vehicle, the community has a tow company that patrols the driveways if you vehicle is blocking the sidewalk in anyway they will tow it with out notice, thank god my husband heard the alarm go off while the tow truck driver had it up and pulling it out he stopped him and had to pay 150.00 for him to drop it before taking it, we talked to the guy at the gate for the entrance & he said on each shift he has the tow company at least takes three away ! This has nothing to do with the host, I just want to let you know be careful so you donât wake up with no vehicle!
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The first night we stayed our vehicle was towed by the HOA. There is only room to park one vehicle and if you park in the middle is the driveway which blocks the sidewalk your vehicle will be towed. Itâs a 250.00 fee to get it back from a shady tow company that way away from the property. The property management company canât even tell you where your car is or how to get it back.Second morning we had cleaners show up demanding we get out of the property so they could clean.Third day we were blocked in by the neighbors vehicle and couldnât get out due to lack of parking and the rules to tow. When we arrived the trash was still in the can out front.Stayed at 50plus VRBOs and this was by far the worst experience.
When we arrived the refrigerator was leaking water, en suite 2 the bathroom had to be cleaned. The twin room had things underneath the beds, and the bunk room carpet was stained with possibly juice. Behind the all of the beds the dust was built up like it hadnât been cleaned for at least two months. In en suite 1 there was a bottle of window cleaner left so, we knew someone had been there. Have used used Vrbo for many years to rent homes in the Kissimmee area and unfortunately the owners have no idea that the management companies that care for the homes are not really doing the job that they need to do. When I walk into a home I have rented for a lot of money my expectations are that it be clean. Also the mattresses be a mattress and not memory foam. This review is not about the owners they have been very helpful.
The community and property itself was nice, BUT it wasnât cleaned well. You could tell that no one cleaned well after the previous guest left. There were crumbs on the table, chairs, and bar stools. One of the bedrooms had never been vacuumed. The sheets and pillow cases in one room you could clearly tell they hadnât been washed due to stains on them. After reaching out to host to inform them so that it could be corrected, because Iâm aware that as humans we make mistakes, they seemed bothered. They told me they didnât have much time because they had a busy day. When they showed up they were rude saying âoh this isnât dirty itâs just crumbsâ When i pay for a place i expect it to be clean i donât want to see remnants from the previous guest. If the guests say it isnât clean donât make excuses for why itâs that way or make it seem like we should be okay with that. The host needs to work on professionalism and customer service! They also need better cleaners that pay attention to detail. Other than that we enjoyed our vacation and didnât allow their poor service to stop us from creating memories!
