Charged a 100 nonrefundable damage deposit that we were not told about until we paid the stay deposit. The pool was not as clean as it should be until the service man came on day 6 of our stay. The child barrier net to the pool had a large hole so it was unsafe for small children and was not secure either. Dishwasher didn't work and no toŵels to dry the hand wàshed ones. Garbage disposal didn't work. One shower didn't drain well and one had the water mixer installed backwards. We had to monitor the washing machine as it kept turning off. One light fixture fell out of the wall. Garage turned game room had a nasty floor which meant it got tracked into the house. Game room was awesome otherwise. 3 trash bags for a 7 day stay. One bath towel per person for the week and 3 pool towels for the whole house. We had 13 people. If you just want a bed and bath it's OK. Kitchen well stocked with dishes except for skillets. Will notify host, but I doubt anything will get fixed.
